I just ordered a sandwich online in which I put toasted on the app and is wasn’t so I asked the sandwhich maker (Shaly) whom and a younger Indian man to toast and he upon toasting the sandwhich he bare hand grabs my sandwhich to place inside of the oven without gloves and i saw his hands touch my sandwhich. I then asked him to not worry about retoasting the sandwhich as he touched it with his bare hands and asked for a refund. Where he said “I don’t give a shit i didn't touch your sandwhich” I told him look I’m not trying to argue with you man thats nasty. He refused to give me a refund the pushed the sandwhich at me and refused to let me talk to anyone else or get an HR number. I am highly upset i have paid for a sandwhich that was touched bare handed and refused service and a refund!! This is unacceptable.

⚠️ Got a sub from here and everything was great until I got half way through the sandwich there was over 5 pieces of short loose curly hair all through the sandwich showed the men and asked for a refund he said the manager would have to do the refund and that he would be back tomorrow because apparently he can open and close the restaurant but he can’t do a refund also he was touching the check out screen with the same gloves he used to make the food they are under staffed and poorly trained he wouldn’t tell me his name or his managers name will never eat here again eat at your own risk wish I could upload the video⚠️

I was at the subway on Penn avenue last week, they were really really busy there were 2 workers there a girl and a guy, they got us out the door in no time, service was great, and food was fresh and I was satisfied

Placed an order through mobile app for pickup. Went into the store and my order was bagged and ready. Got home and instantly was appalled by the sandwich I seen because the bread hot black(burn) spots. I took a bite, and I literally almost broke a tooth! Money wasted. I’ll be contacting corporate and complaining as well, because this sandwich shouldn’t have been sold to a dog, let alone a human being. Employees must do better!

I came into this location very pleasant ordered two bosses from this location got them in meals even ordered three cookies. Sat down to have my food took a bite and realized that my sandwich was sour. I asked my husband to taste his sandwich. He proceeded to do so to also taste that his was also sour as well. Walked up to tell staff. Employees became disgruntled trying to shove the meatballs back in the microwave. At this point I just asked for two other sandwiches. Was denied that is an option. I asked for a refund at this point and was told no. That I would take the sour food that's all they would offer. At this point he refused to give me my receipt which i proceeded to call the police for my proof of purchase. He said the manager would be available today to get my money back. Their number goes straight into voicemail. So I am out my 35 dollars as I had these two gentlemen screaming to me in a completely different language. Not only to mention the fact that they stole my $35. I also witnessed them lying to other customers. They also stated that there was absolutely no sales of any kind and what kind of sandwiches they proceeded to have in store. Please proceed with caution when going into store I would go elsewhere as of them providing bad food and very bad service.

Happy Life

I ordered a roasted turkey sandwich for delivery through doordash and the bread was stale dried out and tough. I had asked for black olives, lettuce and cucumber. They literally put four broken pieces of black olives and a little sprinkle of lettuce and 2 very thinly sliced cucumbers. It's going directly in the 🗑️. Hopefully I get my money back from doordash. Don't waste your hard earn cash at this subway. Here are the pictures.
