Why are you counting money with the same gloves you use for the veggies and sandwiches .. and since when only one small dressing on a whole footlong is all you can give.... nobody eats a whole sub usually .. šŸ˜• it's to share or have half.. cleanliness is disturbing

This subway location takes coupons while most don't, so we usually wind up here.
This time, it wasn't good.
The lettuce and cucumbers were brown and looked really bad. The rest of the topping weren't good look either.
Then there was the problem with the customer service. She didn't listen. I told her heavy on onions and peppers. Instead, I get peppers on one side of my sandwich and onions on the other. Heavy and half do not have the same meaning.
We get back home and find a long black hair on one of the subs.
Just a bad experience all around. Very disappointed and will skip this location in the future.

The new staff doesn't know how to listen when you order. You constantly have to correct them. Especially the staff Monday thru Friday after 5pm. And online orders seem to take priority over people standing in line.

I just learned today that this location is under new ownership, and it was wonderful! The people working were all so pleasant, and the store was so clean! The food tasted much more fresh. I rarely would stop here before, but will definitely be back! The ownership change is just what this location needed!

I went in around 8:30pm last Saturday and the two female workers one was older and one was younger and they worked very good together, were very kind to me and the other people in the store. I haven’t had subway and a long time and they gave me good recommendations, they were very respectful and took their time with me and conversated with me and others in the store. They are the reason I will be coming back again! I’ve gone in around lunch time and my experience was completely different they were rude and they were having a very loud disagreement and I felt very uncomfortable so did the other people in line. Over all I’m definitely going at dinner time when those two girls will be working. New flash subway if you want to keep costumers maybe not have employees who fight and swear at each other in front of paying customers!

Do not order from them. They charged my card for food I never received and told me I have to take it up with the online app because they never received my order. If you never received my order then how was i charged for it? Online app will not reply back to me. Corporate does not answer their phones. I was charged for my items thru this store and they even say I picked up my order but they told me they never received my order so how could I have picked it up? I want my money back! Scam artists!

Came on 2/3 and woman seen me at the door and instead of letting me know they didn’t have to come in until 11 no one came to the door. I called and she stated ā€œwe didn’t have to come in until 11am and the doors won’t be open yetā€ it’s currently 11:15a I will never come to this location!

Not sure who is training these people, but they’re not doing a good job. I walk in and there’s no one in line. This lady who has moles all over her face, not being mean only trying to describe the terrible employee, was just walking back and forth behind the counter and didn’t even acknowledge me. I’m standing right under the order here sign and I ask her about the new side kicks. She answers my question and then grabs two pieces of bread and starts to make pickup orders. It was so rude. How could you train your employees to prioritize orders for people that aren’t even in the store while someone is standing right at the counter waiting. I ended up just walking out and not buying the three foot longs and sidekicks.
