Bathrooms were horrible.... customer service was worse the kid with the big curly hair had no hairnet on and was very ignorant got smart with my wife over a key....9/721 at 10am... Bald head guy was very polite and apologized for his co-workers ignorance....

This Subway is convenient for those who work downtown. I believe they have a limited open schedule that is only compatible with a 9-5 job. They typically get my order right. I mean, how can they get it wrong? They prepare it in front of you. They do not, however, know how to listen and pay attention. Everytime I am in there and they ask me questions (what type of bread? Cheese? Toasted? Toppings? Etc) they have to ask multiple times! They're so busy talking amongst their coworkers that they pay little to no attention to the customers in front of them. 1 star because that is poor customer service and disrespectful.
