staff nice and cookies are good something about the sandwhich is not good not sure if the food they have prep is bad but everytime I come here it is not good Go to the Noblestown rd Subway

So accidentally ordering to this store by accident and been trying to call and cancel for an hour and they won’t answer their phones. Purposely declining them for two different phones. Trying to cancel and get a refund but no answer.

My experience was a slow build up!!. The two workers they’re need additional training with their speed when making the food. It should not take 10 mins to slice the bread and another 5 mins to add meatballs and cheese smh.i also had another sub a that too took a a long time to be made as well. It was only 1 person in front of me and two more people came after me and they still was super slow. I was in there for 20 mins and it should not have taken her that long to make a simple “what used to be” 5 dollar sub. I’ve worked at subway for years and this should not happen at all. I get some people have they’re days but this is not the first time this has happened at this location. Hopefully my experience next time will be better

It's a Subway, so you kinda know what you're getting. The reason for my reivew is to praise the manager (at least I'm pretty sure she's the manager), the young shorter lady with short blonde hair. Everytime I come in she has a big beautiful smile on her face, regardless of how crappy customers can be. She's always extremely kind and clearly cares about the service she provides to her customers.
Says they close at 9. Got here at 8:39 and the open sign is on, the door's locked and the staff are clearing up
Tried to call Tuesday night and Wensday morning cause they have charged me 2 times for sandwiches I never received as there employees voided my online order and I’m still being charged and now I’m being charged double and they cant pick up the phone so I can get this situation resolved.

Ordering a salad isnt worth it. Wendy's or Giant Eagle has larger quantity and better price. Service with a smile hasn't existed here for a while, and the atmosphere is not comfortable to sit and eat.

I've ordered here 3 times, and each time my order was incorrect. The first two times they remade it. This time they sucked their teeth when they saw me coming back, so I just asked for a refund.

I don't usually write reviews, but this experience deserves a review. I recently visited this Subway and had the unfortunate experience of dealing with a very rude employee (who claims to be the manager) named Kim. She was dismissive, unhelpful, and downright nasty. When I asked for extra pickles, she rolled her eyes and huffed like I was asking her to climb Mount Everest. Her attitude was so bad it ruined my whole meal. Definitely won't be going back there as long as she's in charge. Subway, do better and hire managers who actually care about customer service!
