Ordering a salad isnt worth it. Wendy's or Giant Eagle has larger quantity and better price. Service with a smile hasn't existed here for a while, and the atmosphere is not comfortable to sit and eat.

I've ordered here 3 times, and each time my order was incorrect. The first two times they remade it. This time they sucked their teeth when they saw me coming back, so I just asked for a refund.

I don't usually write reviews, but this experience deserves a review. I recently visited this Subway and had the unfortunate experience of dealing with a very rude employee (who claims to be the manager) named Kim. She was dismissive, unhelpful, and downright nasty. When I asked for extra pickles, she rolled her eyes and huffed like I was asking her to climb Mount Everest. Her attitude was so bad it ruined my whole meal. Definitely won't be going back there as long as she's in charge. Subway, do better and hire managers who actually care about customer service!

Waited for 20 minutes in the line as the two people tended to the people in front of me and the ONLY two people working were screaming back and forth constantly, my turn comes up finally she looks at me and says "what do you want' seeming agitated from the last people stuffing there sandwich till it can barley close I understand lol, I said just a giant cookie please then the 2 workers start talking back and forth going I don't even know how to make sandwiches I repeated I just wanted a cookie then as they went back and fourth a third time I had enough and I just walked out forgetting my coupon expires tomorrow and also they been closing early constantly today a sign on the door said "Closing at 7PM" Im laughing reading these other reviews and thinking yea this place is getting shut down eventually its only a matter of time. The one worker complaining about not knowing how to make sandwiches should find something else then btw

Went to this Subway at 7:10pm on a Monday. Store hours posted say it’s open but I went to open the door and it was locked with workers inside. An employee came to open the door and asked if I was there for a mobile order and I said no. The guy said okay we’re closed and shut the door and locked it before I even said anything

This is under 'new' ownership as of when?... not sure but I came here recently, on the1st day they opened under the new ownership.
No one greeted me....
No one smiled...
It felt like I was in a prison cafeteria line.
I called and spoke to store Mgr., who explained the new owner, whom I asked for was 'out of town'...and told me it was everyone's first day....
I asked her why the employees don't greet their customers, and at least smile, ...
She said she'd address it....
I doubt she ever did...
Her loss...
I returned today...
Nothing changed...1 guy + same Mgr. on prep line, and today is Saturday...
My sandwich was sloppily made,..and when I asked for condiments, you'd think a bee stung them...
Poor attitude! from guy and store Mgr., who btw, made my sandwich...
I won't ever!! come to this location...
I know now in these days, good help is hard to find, but the hired help here, gets a '0' for their services....

This place store hours misleading . Went on a Thursday evening they were closed at 730pm . Website clearly states open till 9pm on all business days . I called to ask about it and employee hung up on me. Don’t bother going here . Location off Steuben street in crafon on Walsh .

Avoid mobile orders I guess. Placed a mobile order for a chicken bacon ranch, get to work open to see nothing but vegetables slathered in mayo. When I go back to fix this, the girl behind the counter laughed and said "I thought it was a doordash order". As if it was an intentional screw up. Few weeks later I visit in person no issue. My 3rd experience, placed a mobile order on my way to work, 45 mins in advance. I get there almost 10 mins after set pickup time to be told order just came through and I would have to wait behind 6 customers for my order. So much for express pickup.
