Its subway. Place was somewhat clean. Subs were made right and fast. They do have a pick up which I cool when on the go.
Barely any chicken on my sandwich they stretched a 6 inch subs worth of meat onto a foot long asked for it to be extra toasted they toasted it half the time and had to have them put it back in plus bread was over cut so it was falling apart worst subway I've ever been to
THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE….Yesterday we placed a large order for our son’s baseball away game. 24 sandwiches, chips and cookies. Just found out this morning the game was postponed until Wednesday. We tried calling two different numbers and no one answered. So I rush down to the restaurant to try and catch them before they made the sandwiches and to reschedule for two days later. I get there and explain the situation and the sandwiches were already made so they didn’t have to make them during the lunch rush. I get that, but when I asked if they could keep them for two days they refused despite the short notice we received from the team. The person who waited on us yesterday was fantastic and even called me a couple of hours later offering a refund because she rang us up for two additional sandwiches. We appreciated the response and just said, no thank you, just include the extra with the order. The people working today (manager/owner?) we’re not friendly nor did they seem empathetic to the situation and were unwilling to accommodate. This restaurant will not be getting a business from us in the future for orders large or small.
Ordered the beast and got a wimpy sandwich not the right amount of meat and the last time got a club no bacon on it
Always fresh ingredients and quick, friendly service. The dining room is clean if out-of-date compared to other locations but this one is my favorite.
Subway of course took my money and gave me nothing for it. The person at the counter was no help. I'm out of $10 and am hour of my time.

It was a very awkward experience. My brother got a flat bread veggie sandwich, it looked old. I gotta 3 cookies, they taste a few days old. I don't appreciate the carelessness. I will never return to this location. Don't go here! Save your money and go to Giant Eagle or Whole foods.

You never get the same sandwich It all depends on who's making it I understand the presentation could be different but it still have the same amount of food on it

I don’t know what changed at the subway on 65 in Avalon. But the bread was half the size it used to be and the flat bread was thin. There was less meat and the price went up. So it costs more and the quantity and quality was awful. Two sandwiches cost $28 dollars. I will never go back there again.

One employee refused to fulfill my doordash order, then the manager proceeded to yell and treat my doordash driver like crap while I was on the phone. We had been waiting over an hour for food. Refused to look into any order information and cancelled the order. Terrible service, Won’t be ordering from this location again.

Decent. It’s Subway after all. Have to keep telling them to put more on everywhere you go these days. Wish they still had their spinach wraps.
This dude made my experience there miserable. The locations on my coupon were ripped off and he refused my money and told me to have a good day. I got a picture of the locations from my mother because I drove 30 minutes to get there and went back in. He still refused my money. I don't think he needs to work there. I'm not going back there.
