The shop is clean and food was as expected for Subway. The service could use improvement. I tried to use a Subway gift card and was asked to use it another time because they couldn't get it to work. The Subway website shows that it still has the full value. I'm not sure if it was a lack of training or a system issue- either way, a Subway card should be easily redeemed at a Subway store.

Wow - this is the cleanest subway I have ever been to. Love how they even serve in a basket for dinning in. I got the 16 - sweet onion chicken teriyaki. Also got cookies and drink - much better than chips. Plenty of seating and great service. Solid lunch option or when hungry before a sams or target run.

Ordered three subs. Each had three pieces of lunchmeat on them. Pretty pathetic for the price and compared to pretty much any other Subway sammich anywhere. Charged us for extra cheese, didn’t get it. Menu online is different from in-store. Save your cash and go to Sheetz.

I came to this fine establishment on Saturday in the evening. From the moment I walked in I could see the place was clean and well put together. I got to the counter and met this lovely girl with long hair named Sarah. She was attentive, fast, and efficient with my order! She is so sweet and i had a blast chatting with her as my order was being made. So friendly get this girl a raise asap!!!

Literally the worst sandwich from subway I've ever had. Consistently went downhill since 2016ish. Latest order was the last straw. Bread was burnt, tomatoes had practically disintegrated. My husband had to help me hunt for the chicken, and it had almost no sauce. They gave me possibly the stalest cookie available because it was hard as a rock. This used to be my go-to for sandwiches when I worked at Verizon practically next door, and even though I was pregnant and craving subway, my husband had to finish the sandwich because it tasted like pointless mush. I know the owner had made it too because my husband used to work here for a few months, and the owner and his wife were the only employees in the store that day.Save your money. Go to sheetz, Good L'Oven, DiBella's, or Zuppas. All are either less expensive or equal cost, and 150% better quality. This was the last time at this subway for us.
