I asked for my sub to be toasted. From the time it was toasted to the time I sat down to eat, the tuna was cold and the cheese hadn't melted.

It’s the same worker every time we go and he doesn’t know how to follow the directions and toast the sandwich. He also puts wayyy too much condiment on even though we asked for light in the order.

They said they only allow 3 sauces. Then why the app is allowing us to select more than three. I never had this issue at any other locations. Sandwich doesn't have mentioned ingredients.

Would not recommend going to this location. They would not accept my coupons even though the coupon said “In-StoreOnly”. The worker told me they only accept coupons online…which does not make sense at all.

Do yourself a favor, do not waste your time and money at this location.

I know it’s a franchise discretion to accept coupons. I tried using a coupon that explicitly states that it’s allowed in-store or online. They did not allow it in store. It’s not like there is a shortage of food options in the food court. So I just went across the way. Jared from subway would be disappointed…

Terrible every single time, I work in the mall and every time I order from here the people making the food pile all the toppings in the middle of the sandwich and make a ball of the Spinich, my bread ends up breaking and sandwich always falls apart, today the person making my food asked me what kind of meat to use on my honestly chicken sandwich that I ordered online, had I not been standing there I would have gotten the wrong thing. Train your employees better subway. This is terrible

So disappointed! I norm go to Subway when they send out their coupons, other than that, it's not a regular eating place, but it's a nice change up. Inside the mall cafe was Subway. No line. Yeah! When i mentioned to "Sandwich Artist" I had a coupon. He said WE DO NOT take coupons! B.S. That is now TWO Subway locations (Robinsin Mall & Bridgeville by Home Depot). I've gone to that DOES NOT accept coupons. My flyer DOES NOT SAY "only at participating locations" or ANYTHING to that effect. Everything else was good but my coupon ?

I had to repeat my order 3 times, asked for extra tossed on both sandwiches, meat was still cold on both and cheese not even melted. Ordered a large drink and wasn’t even filled all the way!!!

Made a sandwich for me, then I proceeded to provide a coupon and they rejected it, even though it’s a legitimate from Subway. Will not be back as they wanted almost $9 for a 6 inch sub…. what in the world? Good luck!
