Made a sandwich for me, then I proceeded to provide a coupon and they rejected it, even though it’s a legitimate from Subway. Will not be back as they wanted almost $9 for a 6 inch sub…. what in the world? Good luck!

It's not very clean. Their equipment was broken at the time.The owner is very rude and cunning. They don't take online coupons and don't show items online.I would recommend staying away from it.

The people who run it don't speak English so it was very hard to communicate my order which was $86.00. couldn't make one of the 9 sandwiches because they ran out of chicken. This was 3:00 pm on a Saturday. I will never throw my business Subway's direction ever again. Inferior service and food. They should all be closed!

Usually this Subway is ok, but when the older guy is working its goes downhill fast. He forgets something from every online order and when you tell him theres something missing he gets defensive and says theres not.

They couldn't do anything I asked . They didn't have mozzarella cheese . They couldn't goat my bacon separately . Then they couldn't cut it into 3 . Never ordering here again.

On approaching this location, it appeared to be closed, since there was barely any lighting, despite the fact that it sits in a well lit mall food court. I should have assumed it was closed and kept walking. I ordered a foot long tuna sub not toasted with a variety of veggie toppings and sweet onion sauce. When I got home, the bread was stale which would explain the river of sauce in an atattempt to soggy down the stale bread. The tomatoes were old and very soggy. I've eaten at several other locations and this by far was my worst experience. The bread is the main ingredient in 90% of the menu, why is there such little effort in assuring that its fresh?!?!?
I love subway. This one didnt have the buffalo chicken but my sandwich maker still tried to make it for me which was incredibly kind. Subway is just so gooooddddddd.

went here today and was greeted by this sign saying they no longer take coupons. That makes two out of the three Subways in Robinson. I guess I'll only go to the one in the BP now, at least until *they* stop taking coupons, too...

The individuals working at this particular Subway obviously get paid by the hour and not the sandwich. There could be 20 people in line and they still move at the slow motion pace. My daughter ordered a 12" with nothing but cheese, lettuce and tomatoes. 4 (1/2 slices) for a full sandwich. Will have to be desperate to purchase from here in the future
