I have never had such a rude and unresponsive service from any other employee from here. Today's service was absolutely awful.

I never leave reviews. This subway had at least 4 employees working on the line and it seemed that not a single one of them were trained and were just thrown on the line and told to figure it out. That is the best I could describe it. every request or question i asked them they looked at me confused and almost tried to act like it didn’t make sense. My boyfriend got a chicken sandwhich and asked for it not toasted. They gave it to him with the chicken cold as well which i know for a fact that you are supposed to heat up when requested to not be toasted unless the customer says otherwise. after we brought it back up they all looked confused as if i had to walk them through how to do their job. It did look like one girl was being trained but they rest seemed unsure of everything as well. Also did not close the subs correctly.

So Most of the time that I go to this Subway I get great service but last time. The two people who were there were in the back and one even came out to clean the counter and went back into the back. Than the Lady there said she would be with us in a moment. At this point the person In front of us left. After the lady said she would be with us in a minute than she took a phone call and after that I left

The girl with the red hair was so nice and she did everything perfect also she was cute so there is no reason to complain she deserves a
Awful. This location consistently has one employee that ignores huge lines of customers and prioritizes mobile orders at all times. I've wasted at least 1.5 hours of my life waiting for a sandwich, only to walk out in frustration. Will never come here again.

If you open at nine, your employee should be there to set up shop prior to start time and prior to opening the door for customers. I waited fifteen minutes for him just to set up shop. Finally I just left. Very poor
