THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE….Yesterday we placed a large order for our son’s baseball away game. 24 sandwiches, chips and cookies. Just found out this morning the game was postponed until Wednesday. We tried calling two different numbers and no one answered. So I rush down to the restaurant to try and catch them before they made the sandwiches and to reschedule for two days later. I get there and explain the situation and the sandwiches were already made so they didn’t have to make them during the lunch rush. I get that, but when I asked if they could keep them for two days they refused despite the short notice we received from the team. The person who waited on us yesterday was fantastic and even called me a couple of hours later offering a refund because she rang us up for two additional sandwiches. We appreciated the response and just said, no thank you, just include the extra with the order. The people working today (manager/owner?) we’re not friendly nor did they seem empathetic to the situation and were unwilling to accommodate. This restaurant will not be getting a business from us in the future for orders large or small.

I was very hungry and had enough money to buy a children's menu, after drinking the milk I saw that the expiration date had passed. Is children's health that worthless? How hard is it to check the dates of the products? Whenever I come, the employees are sitting there and they have time to check the products. I want to complain to the relevant authorities but I don’t have time, so I’m writing a comment.

I visited this Subway location yesterday. The employee was nice and provided good service, but I ended up with food poisoning after eating my meal and spending most of the night running to the bathroom. I hope the management ensures food safety standards are being followed.

I lived just up the road from this subway for the first 10 years of my life, the man behind the counter who I believe is the one you guys now call lucky is the most amazing person I’ve ever met in a subway and quite possibly any restaurant I’ve ever been to. I went in at least twice a week for 6-7 years and every time he knew my order, sometimes even giving double meat or cheese without asking. Love that man with all my heart and want him to know I’ll be back someday for my tuna sub!

Always small portions and have to tell everytime to add more lettuce etc. The server is also very rude.. tells to go to another subway if need a certain deal..
So... That's what will happen.. will take our business to another location!

This Subway restaurant has dozens of menu items, including subs, bowls, wraps, salads, sides, desserts, and beverages. Prices are reasonable. We ordered an All-American sub (turkey, ham, and bacon), a Veggie Delite sub, and a churro. When the employee asked about specific ingredients, we read the ingredients directly from the menu. We prefer other restaurants’ subs, but these Subway subs were fresh and tasted good.

The guy worked on the shop today is very rude & doesn't even listen anything from the customers. I never seen such a service experienced in our last 16 years in subway.

I always end up going here because it’s the nearest subway which has a veggie patty . However , the service is very bad , this guy thinks he s doing you a favour by making a sub . Shows his frustration on the customer, for some reason he is always frustrated with life !!. He should be admitted to a rehabilitation
