Place an online order went to pick it up they said they never received my order but I was charged. Called my bank and bank said I had to call subway when I called I was hung up on. I believe it was the owner there and she had no idea on how to handle the situation. Poor customer service with the workers as well. They was not very nice they get 0 stars in my book

We had great service here yesterday from two young men and the sub veggies toppings were all fresh and tidy. It’s the most food for your money in the heart of downtown!

Store has been locking it's doors at night and leaving the open sign on. If you pull on the door the workers inside just look at you. Bad service.

Went on Friday during Oktoberfest. Owner. If you're reading this. You missed out on so much money.
They're open till 11 Fridays. They looked closed. We tried the door because we saw someone inside and it was open. The one guy was as rude as could be. I guess he was the cashier/manager. People came in after us, this is at like 9:30 and he screamed at them for sitting at a table. Y'all open right?
The same guy took my husband's order and was just not polite. English isn't my husband's first language. It's mine though. Then it came to mine and I asked for extra light mayo. He grabbed a container of mayo that looked so rancid I can't even describe. I even said that looks rancid and he responds That's all we have. I'm not causing a scene at a Subway so I took it and threw it away. I should've just said no thanks and walked out.
The other gentleman working was very polite. I think English wasn't his first language either but he did a much better job communicating than this other guy.
$20 for two sandwiches not made how we wanted on stale crusty bread.
And Hey Owner. Watch the video, I'm sure you have it. Watch how packed every other restaurant was last night. Barcadia does not have a kitchen and we weren't the only ones to come from there for take out. Imagine how much better your sales could've been if your cashier wasn't horrible. The guy starting the sandwiches was great.

Terrible experience. Online orders only work on the app. Ordering on the website, you'll be charged but provided no order confirmation. Even showing this Subway charged you on your bank will just earn you an accusatory attitude. Terrible service. I work customer service, so I understand dealing with people who are unpleasant. But refusing to help at all, to try and find a solution, is just ridiculous. Had to reorder via app, leading to twice the charge being held on my card, was offered ZERO courtesy. Not even a drink or something! Wasted 30 minutes, didn't even have the time to eat before getting on my bus. Ridiculous.
Pretzel was old couldn't get a refund. Took my tip back. So oo price of pretzel. Won't ever go to another

My order typically gets messed up here and there but it’s a cheap meal so it doesn’t really phase me. There’s a really rude cashier idk what her problem is but i hope she solves it. Last time i went i ordered online and they held my sandwich hostage because the website didn’t ask for my name and originally they refused to accept any other detail of my order for proof its mine. They need a better protocol for that because i’ve never had that happen to me. I’ll probably never eat here again

A great place to grab a sandwich at a lovely setting in Market SquareI've been twice and on both occasions found the service welcoming and the sandwich delicious with their footlongs. The place was clean and although small inside there's an upstairsHighly recommended and a credit to the brand

The subs are great but the footlong pretzels are really bad. I saw the auntie Anne’s logo and got excited but yeah they’re dry and horrible
