Our waiter Kris was awesome!

We had a large party for the holidays. We were there for a few hours. The servers could not keep track which side of the table had drinks and which didn't. Who ordered and who did not. Do not ask me how they put the bill together.

Delicious appetizers, salads, entrees and desserts. Kris our server was phenomenal! Thanks for making our son’s 13th Birthday such a special occasion!

I will come to Sullivans any chance I can. The service is great. If you except to get great food in an hour and be on your way, you need to look elsewhere. The drinks and food are delicious. Herman our server was very down to earth, letting us know of updates on our food and tagging along in chit chat. Always a great experience.

Not impressed. Realize it was Christmas Eve, but waited over 30 minutes past reservation, got orders wrong, steaks overcooked, cocktails not made correctly x 3 times… had to wait forever for absolutely everything, servers inattentive. Plain and simple dont ever book your special holiday event with family here. Maybe a regular day is better, unsure. But as an outtatowner, would never come back or recommend.

12/20/24; the atmosphere was highly disappointing, felt like an expensive TGIF or Longhorn - more of a sports bar than a fancy steak house. Maybe my expectations for a fancy & expensive delicious dinner on a special night were too much for this place. It was so loud that we couldn’t speak amongst ourselves. The food and drinks were probably very good but the noise level ruined our evening (except for the pomegranate cocktail in the menu, too sour to be enjoyed by 2 in our table). Service was very pleasant but very slow “bar is backed up”.
