I’m very rarely downtown at lunch time, but every time I am, I look forward to eating at this place. A friend introduced me to this restaurant years ago and I’m so glad they are still around. It’s counter service and they only take cash (and FYI, they don’t accept the juror discount vouchers other restaurants in this food court do). Service is brisk and professional. My food was ready in just a few minutes.I always get the kyu-don, and it is DELICIOUS every time. It’s a pretty generous portion of beef, egg, and rice. I like it with the oil added on top to give it a mild spice. I’ve been tempted to try some of the other things on the menu — they all sound good — but the kyu-don is so good I just can’t not have it.I’ll be looking forward to coming back the next time I’m downtown!

My favorite place to grab lunch while in the city. Amazing, delicious food that always leaves me satisfied and craving more! Customer service is great, the cashier is so friendly and welcoming. She was so kind while answering my questions about how to pronounce food names. I will always recommend this restaurant for tasty authentic Japanese food! ** The restaurant is inside the Oxford building and down the escalators. **

PITA to locate - go in next to Starbucks then down the escalator. CASH ONLY. Food was good and reasonably priced.

Didn’t get to eat here. Unfortunately they are cash only. I don’t see this mentioned in any reviews.

$3.20 for a ginger salad with iceberg lettuce and 2 thinnley sliced cucumbers. Nice people though.

Nice and fresh. Good for midday break from work. Easy in and out. Located in the Oxford Market (lower food court) of the One Oxford Centre building. No gluten free soy sauce. However, taste is still good.(Salmon avocado and cucumber rolls.)

Very delicious sushi. They have also Bento boxes and salads. It is a family run restaurant and they do an amazing job. First time in Pittsburgh and they were welcoming. It is located on the lower level of the tower when you walk in from the street.

Searched about 15 min to find it and was unsuccessful. Under Oxford building is a parking garage , first floor is also parking garage ; and there is no sign at least visible. Would be great if owner can update access info or address here. I would love to try their sushi and give a good review once I find the place ☺️

First timer here - I stumbled upon this sushi restaurant on my trip to downtown Pittsburgh.I usually don't leave Yelp reviews, but had to leave one here because the salmon sushi pictured here was absolutely fantastic - still reminiscing about the marbled fatty salmon melting in my mouth *drool*...My girlfriend ordered the sashimi donburi, which we could see that it was prepared with fresh ingredients (i.e. diced raw fish, crisp lettuce and leafy green vegetables, carrots and cucumbers) and we shared the udon, which was a great addition to warm up our bodies in the cold weather. The owners/workers were extremely friendly and helpful, which was a bonus!Highly recommend for anyone looking for a sushi fix

This is one of the best places to eat at in downtown Pittsburgh. Seriously, stop in, order some food, and enjoy. You won't be sorry. I've only had the chicken teriyaki, but I also have a delicate constitution, so I can't try anything spicier or more exploratory. However the menu offers an amazing selection of food that I wish I could try! Still, that chicken teriyaki is the bee's knees! The teriyaki sauce they use is something I wish was sold in stores. I'm sure they must make it in their restaurant, mainly because I've tried a number of teriyaki sauces from grocery stores and specialty stores online, and nothing comes close. The rice is always tender, yet sticky, so delicious! The chicken is always cooked to perfection. I'm not a fan of the pepper that's delicately dusted on, but that's a personal choice. It doesn't bother me health-wise. I am a fan of their teriyaki sauce, as mentioned above, so I definitely ask for extra sauce. I wouldn't mind having the chicken swimming in it, but I shan't be greedy, now, shall I? It also comes with a small selection of vegetables, including carrots, broccoli, and cauliflower. One thing I will mention, in a serious note, is that the owner saw me the last time I was in and said hi and that it had been a while since I'd last been in. Indeed, it had! It was nice to be remembered. This place only accepts cash, so please be aware of that! And again, this food is very much worth it.

Super fresh & delicious sushi. This is my go-to every time I am in town during lunch. The best Shrimp Tempura roll in the world - it's perfectly simple & focuses on the quality of the shrimp, tempura flakes, and sushi rice. Get it with their spicy mayo, which usually has that *touch* of sweetness that is like heaven. The Owners are lovely people & if you go enough, they'll remember your order ;)
