Food is great no issues there, service has been very slow my past three visits. Servers disappear and walk past guests without acknowledging their existence let alone orders, refilling beverages, even payment is a process. Love the never ending Sushi but the entire experience takes much longer than it should do to slow service.
We were visiting Pittsburgh during our road trip from Chicago to NJ, and looking for sthg to eat. This sushi place seemed good after reading the reviews. We enjoyed the salad bar, kids enyojed the icecream and we all enyojed the sushi expect the ones with wasabi sause on it (a greenish sauce be careful when ordering). The rice amount a little bit thick. The lady taking orders were amazing and everyone also very nice, the lady getting our empty plates always had a big smile on...
How can you not beat an all you can eat sushi place? The service was great, the sushi was made fresh to order. No complaints. If everybody important in my life loved sushi as much as me, I’d be back here all the time. 4.8/5
