It’s build-your-own fast food sushi and rice bowls. There’s a menu you can order off or build your own totally from scratch. I ordered the vegan burrito off the menu. The “burrito” is like a giant handheld sushi roll. Mine was rolled pretty neatly (although it doesn’t look like it in my photo) and held together well even though I had it made with brown rice which tends to not stick as well as white. Slightly overpriced, but you can get your food within 3-5 minutes while seeing how the rolls are made yourself so it's definitely worth it. Had some of the best Sushi in my experience with reasonable timely discounts. Would recommend this place to people.
