My husband and I took our son out for some good food and when I tell you this restaurant understood the assignment they totally get an A+! We ordered the Singapore noodle combination, egg soup, Rangoon, shrimp egg rolls, beef and broccoli with fried rice and sweet and sour chicken with steamed white rice. The shrimp egg rolls are good just don’t count the shrimp (haha) but still it was delicious! The server was on point the chef made our dinner with care the staff was just amazing we also ate inside at a clean table covered with white linen. Everything was just perfect this place is a hidden gem I’m so glad we found I literally want to eat dinner there again tonight! Family of 3 full meals with 2 adult Long Island drinks $98 well worth every dollar!

This was our first time eating here. We came based off of the reviews and the menu. When we entered the restaurant, there was a server who pointed us to our seats. He soon came over to our table and asked us what we wanted to drink. He appeared to be rushing us although we had just sat down. When it was time to order, he continued to rush us, we did not like this. Once our food arrive and we began to eat, he never once asked us if we needed anything or if we enjoyed our food. Once we were finished eating he quickly cleared the table. I was putting my food into a to go container and while doing so was removing onions from the dish onto an empty plate. He was in such a rush, he took the plate I was using it. It felt as if he wanted us and everyone that he was serving out of the restaurant. Aside from the rushed dinner service, the food was ok.

This place is absolutely amazing. I got the vegetarian mapo tofu, cucumber salad in scallion sauce, and Chengdu kung pou chicken. The mapo tofu was OUT OF THIS WORLD!! It was heart-warming, authentic, and perfectly spicy. I can't wait to come back and get more. (The portions are crazy huge so make sure you have fridge space for leftovers!)

Vegetarian options: Get their mapo tofu!

This is the best restaurant in Pittsburgh bar none.

I’ve eaten most of their giant menu and haven’t yet been disappointed (though I just don’t understand seaweed knots, anywhere). All the fish and pickled veg dishes slap, their hand cabbage is my fav, they do whole fish and duck very well, the saltnpepper and flaming pan stir-fries are solid, their American-style dishes are a head above counter take-out places; even their fortune cookies are better than standard Canto spots.
I usually take out, but when I eat there, it’s even better.
They also once came out and offered us water when we were walking around with our kid on a hot day. I love this restaurant.

I had a first date dinner here! The atmosphere was comfortable, the staff was informative and courteous. She enjoyed the food as well as I. very generous portions...."The rice, vegetables, shrimp, chicken, noodles were flavorful and fresh" all the way down to the egg rolls ? 5 stars. There are an array of dishes to choose from! "I RECOMMENDED THIS RESTAURANT IF YOU WANT TO IMPRESS A FIRST DATE" and reasonably priced!

I went here during lunch time. It's a big place. But during lunch time, it seemed empty. I went there for the beef noodles. I couldn't tell if the noodles were freshly made but it didn't taste like dry noodles either. The broth was simple and not over powering. From what I observed the service was good and personable. I would have to try it at a different time to recommend or not. But definitely worth a try.
