Every time I come to this Taco Bell at night, it’s the same frustrating experience — they are severely understaffed. Even when I’ve called in my order ahead of time, I end up waiting 45 minutes or longer just to get my food. This is completely unacceptable for fast food. The management really needs to stop being so cheap and hire enough employees to handle the evening rush. Customers shouldn’t have to waste nearly an hour for something that should take a few minutes.

DO NOT even bother to eat here. Went there to eat after a 7 hour plane ride. Pulled up to the drive though at 11pm and was told there would be a 40 min wait. They were busy in the dinning room. There was no one in the dinning room. We went ahead and ordered thinking it was a joke. Set in the drive though for 10 min. Got out of the car and ask the people in front of me how long they has been waiting. They said 15 min. Looked in side and the kids in there were doing nothing but laughing and carrying on. I knocked on the window and give them what for only to be cussed at and told now they are going to Make me wait until 30 min. I just pulled out. They need a manager working at night. Not a bunch of kids

As a GrubHub driver, I avoid all orders that require me picking up from this place. You’re GUARANTEED to wait at least 12 minutes, even when it takes me 10 or more minutes to travel to the restaurant. And don’t expect to be waited on at the counter if you go in… They never have enough people scheduled to work because everyone is always in the back (moving at the speed of cold molasses), so you better get used to putting orders in at the kiosk. And you better clear your schedule for the afternoon if you’re going to eat there.
