This is a great Taco Bell location — my order is always fresh, correct, and made quickly. The staff are friendly and always remember sauces and napkins. 10/10!
Just not alot of food for what you pay.
Horrible attitude from person at drive thru speaker then I received my food only to be missing an item questioned me with an attitude even though I never moved from window/their view I showed my bags to prove it wasn’t there all I wanted my the entire order I paid for
then when I get home I find an apprx 12+ inch synthetic brownish blonde hair in my taco couldnt eat rest of order bc I was disgusted
Just nasty all around from customer service to the food
Being kind costs nothing and neither does keeping hair out of the food
I swear the tacos gave me food poisoning so think twice before going here.
Probably the freshest food I've ever had at a taco bell.
Tacos hit quick
I order a double beef burrito sub beef for potatoes, check the burrito and it’s this crushed, broken, tiny monstrosity lol. I pull around and ask them to correct my order, they gave me the same exact one but wrapped better… I feel bad for the employees they kind of just stand around and if you are serving this, better management needs had. I happened to try the burrito and the potatoes are hard, cold and clearly old. It’s was very disgusting. Some of Taco Bell’s items that sit out are fine but the old fiesta potatoes are not good.
I made a mistake on my order and they fixed for me at no extra cost. A cut above most fast food in Penn Hills.
The app messed up but the store made it right and after a night of bad deliveries it made my day.
Beautiful Taco bell restaurant. It looks a little bit upscale inside. Food tastes as good as taco bell gets.

The floor was wet, and I almost fell to the ground. A good Samaritan was there and helped me (I'm injured). We both told an employee to tell the manager it wasn't safe... No one even bothered to come out to see if everything was ok.

Listen you already know what you get with taco bell. The only thing that kills me is when I order items with less items (like no lettuce tomatoes or sour cream) and they still put it on there! How hard is it to NOT put items on it?

I don't understand the low reviews. Compared to other Taco bells in the region, this is one of the better ones. These people reviewing should try the Edgewood Taco Bell if they really want to see a Bell worthy of a 2.8 score.

I just ate here for lunch today and now I feel like garbage at work. The food was terrible and I could tell the ingredients tasted cheap and were low quality. The burrito was covered in oil and was basically inedible. I feel very sluggish and dizzy after eating the food here. I may never eat at a taco bell ever again after this experience.
