The floor was wet, and I almost fell to the ground. A good Samaritan was there and helped me (I'm injured). We both told an employee to tell the manager it wasn't safe... No one even bothered to come out to see if everything was ok.

Listen you already know what you get with taco bell. The only thing that kills me is when I order items with less items (like no lettuce tomatoes or sour cream) and they still put it on there! How hard is it to NOT put items on it?

I don't understand the low reviews. Compared to other Taco bells in the region, this is one of the better ones. These people reviewing should try the Edgewood Taco Bell if they really want to see a Bell worthy of a 2.8 score.

I just ate here for lunch today and now I feel like garbage at work. The food was terrible and I could tell the ingredients tasted cheap and were low quality. The burrito was covered in oil and was basically inedible. I feel very sluggish and dizzy after eating the food here. I may never eat at a taco bell ever again after this experience.

We ate here because we needed something quick. Unfortunately the service was exceptionally slow so we were late anyway. We had seen the negative reviews but took the risk because we are vegetarian and Taco Bell is by far the best vegetarian fast food option. When our food came it was missing the coffees we had ordered so my partner asked at the front desk. We waited a bit more and then just started eating. The breakfast burrito I had was probably the best TB breakfast burrito I have ever had. Shockingly generous with all the ingredients. My husband's burritos were similarly stuffed. And then a staff member brought our coffees to us, fresh and really good. Such a mixed bag. If we hadn't been in a hurry we wouldn't have minded the slow service so much and we really appreciated the quality of the burritos and the coffee.
Vegetarian options: If you eat in, not drive thru, order at the kiosk. Select Vegetarian. You will be amazed at all the possibilities. You can tailor your order to add and delete every element. Taco Bell is the ONLY regularly available fast food chain that we eat at because of its vegetarian menu. Not sure why other chains don't cater to vegetarians.

I am actually typing this in the restaurant. We came in and ordered on the kiosk, selected dine in and paid and sat down. After about 15 minutes I went up to the counter because our food wasn't ready not were our drink cups provided. When someone finally asked me for my name the order was sitting behind the counter wrapped up to go, the manager on duty or at least that's who I think it was because she had a different shirt on than everyone else didn't ever care that our food. Was sitting there. When we sat back down half of it was cold and then it must have been a new shift start because someone came in screaming and acting up like there was anyone in the place, hello we were here but never again. You really need some stronger management to run this place.

Owner is completely rude and treats his employees poorly.
Haven’t eaten TB in years and my first visit back did not disappoint! Staff was super friendly, even double checked an add on request when I got to DT speaker. Drink wasn’t sitting with ice melting they filled cup after handing me my food, and gave plenty of sauce! It’s little things like that that make a difference! Will definitely be back! Thanks everyone you did a great job!
Everytime I come here the food sucks!!!! Monroeville or taco Bell across from Oakmont are Way Better!!!! Everything here tasted like satly chesse wiz. Even the Baja blast was whatever!!!
