Employees ignored me when I was in the drive through. If you don’t wanna be open late, don’t stay open late!

The employees here are the laziest and nastiest people. Especially to dashers. Every employee there tonight 7/11 ignored all of us as if we weren't standing there for 10 minutes. One employee threw a bag of food on the counter and I heard them cursing several times and complaining they wanna leave.. whoever the restaurant manager is needs to hire better more professional people and fire all these ones
Every time I choose to eat here it gives me the worst stomach pains and I sit on the toilet I can eat Every other Taco Bell and enjoy it don't have to worry about 🤔Am I making the wrong decision....🤞Yet 😔 of course not a wise decision 😕 What makes me know it's not just me because my grandchildren &my eldest daughter ate there & we all got sick!!! Everytime!!!! It's Only at This Location!!!! What is going on there?
The past 3 times I’ve been the employees have been extremely rude, plus every order I’ve received for the past 3 times were either missing items or had the wrong items. Genuinely worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to by a long shot.

tl;dr uber eats driver stole order, but didn't finalize it on his end. this caused another driver to be assigned (for a grand total of eight times until the order finally auto cancels). the employees here refused to remake it even though they knew the first order was stolen, wasting everyone's time. this included just cancelling it on their end as well, for what reason other than to be petty is beyond me. I feel awful for every single person that wasted their gas money on this as both the delivery people and my own hands were tied since the restaurant itself refused to acknowledge the issue. idk if they were all having a bad day, but given how it resulted? pretty sure they all deserved it.

Manager is terrible at her job, this is the one and only company that if an order goes missing. “They can’t remake it or get you a new order it’s just gone”. Terrible establishment and I want the manager fired.

Worst taco bell in the area. I put in an order at 1:45. I waited almost an hour and didn’t receive my food. Absolutely terrible and ridiculous.

I’m writing to express my disappointment with the experience I had at the Taco Bell located on Noblestown Road.
I ordered chicken tacos, but was mistakenly served beef — which is strictly against my religious dietary restrictions. When I brought this to the staff’s attention, I was initially told that the order had been prepared according to my request. However, after checking the system, it was confirmed that my order was indeed modified to chicken, and at no point did I request beef.
Despite this mistake, the manager informed me that a refund could not be issued. What made the experience even more frustrating was that parts of my order were also missing — the tacos lacked the requested potatoes — and it was clear that my order had been prepared without careful review of the actual details.
I was treated rudely when trying to explain the situation, and I left feeling dismissed and deeply disrespected, especially given the religious significance of the mistake.
I’m not just seeking a refund — I’m asking that the staff at this location receive proper training on order accuracy, cultural sensitivity, and respectful customer service. No one should be made to feel unheard or disrespected when raising a valid concern.
Thank you for taking the time to review my experience. I hope this feedback will lead to better service for all customers in the future.
I have given this complete joke of a store multiple chances, but the employees here are the absolute worst. They don’t acknowledge you when you come in. The mobile orders are never ready on time. The one woman who works there at night with Black hair is rude and probably the absolute laziest person I’ve ever seen in my whole entire life. I had to cough loudly to even get her to acknowledge my existence, I then heard her complaining that I had to do that, so I had to stare at my completed order on the back table for 15 minutes, and to punish me she didn’t bring it over until it was nice and cold. This by far is the absolute worst Taco Bell I have EVER been to. They don’t care what so ever, and would rather not work. They literally have one person making all the food while EVERYONE else sits around and does absolutely nothing. Since when did it become ok to have atrocious service. I will never go back to this Taco Bell again in my life. Quite possibly I will never go back to a Taco Bell again, because if this is the kind of service, the Taco Bell standby is a corporation, that’s no corporation I want to ever do business with. DON’T GO HERE EVER!!

Customer service and wait time were great, food was mediocre, but definitely filling.
Dietary restrictions: Not very good for dietary restrictions, but not many fast food restaurants are.
Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly, I've never been in a Taco Bell that isn't kid friendly actually.

Didn't put my #2 in the bag. I asked if that was everything, she said yes. I knew it wasn't! Pulled around tried to go inside but it's locked right now. I called and I was greeted with "what's up whatcha need?" Had me go back thru the drive thru with 7 cars there because they couldn't make and bring out to me for some reason. #2 is 3 taco supremes and only one had sour cream. Everyone I spoke with seemed to be in a bad mood with crappy customer service. Never again with that one. That experience might of turned me off of all Taco Bells. Update for 2/26/25 at 1:31am. Placed an online order and got to the drive thru 4 to 4 minutes later. "Picking up my online order" she asked if I just placed the order yes about 3 minutes ago. It's gonna take about 10 minutes to get the order. Pull in the parking lot and come back in about 10 minutes. The app said they received the order right when placed it. Never has it taken 10 minutes to receive an online order. If anything they make the food too quick before I get there and never took me 10 minutes to get there after ordering. Even a delayed order they're making it as soon as they get the order! Ridiculous!
