I have never given anything a one star rating! But this is the WORST taco bell ever, and I do love taco bell a lot...but this one was so bad, all the food was so poorly prepared and literally stale.

The cantina chicken taco tasted rancid. On top of that, the taco was BURNT. I didn’t even swallow it and it STILL Made me ill. I missed half of the anime convention I was supposed to attend because I was so sick. I tried to call and no one answered so I’m putting my review here. The other items I got were crunchy tacos. They were sloppy and tasted old. Will not be back to this location apart from getting a refund.

Order online from doordash and after waiting for an hour apparently one of the dasher went there and found nobody working so I was left hungry.
This is the store with the worst customer service, they should choose to hire more efficient and friendlier people.

I asked them to put a burrito on the grill, they didn't do it, I was missing products that I paid for, I think they don't read the instructions and they weren't busy.
