Not enough chips once more, baja blast is out of flavor for the 2nd day in a row, beefy 5 layer had way too many beans. Chalupas were solid though

Edit: my potatoes were burned beyond belief and hurt my teeth to chew. Also a piece of random plastic in my food

Edit #2: ordered another potato taco and it came out better but I had to wait 40 minutes. I would've rather had the burnt ones at that point...

All of their sodas were out of flavoring. The baja blast midnight was out as well as the regular baja blast. When I asked if there was more flavoring I got a snarky response about how they couldn't do anything to help me. I also got very little chips with my bags

FREQUENT Dasher, seldom customer at this location. The late night crew will flat out ignore drivers, play games like pretending the drive thru is down, and asking you to come in while the lobby is locked. Some kid with a hearing problem running the shift, and girls who think its funny to waste paying customers, Dashers, Eats Drivers, and GrubHub drivers time by pretending it takes 20 minutes to make 3 tacos from pre-cooked ingredients

The drive through was down. One of the few order screens inside was down (see photo). The very popular double decker taco was removed from the menu (see photo). Orders backed up for 15-20 minutes while patrons aggregated before the counter wondering what was going on (see photo).

The food is decent. My nachos were put into the bag sideways which made quite a mess (see photo). My first and last time at this Taco Bell.

This girl can't hear at all, I waited for my order for an hour, and when I asked her, she didn't seem to hear me. She didn't care, and she ignored a lot of people. I don't know how she works here, and I won't be coming back. I'm very disappointed.

Absolutely irritating. Slowest service, workers were moving slow as snails with atleast 5 people waiting inside for 10 minutes in line and 3 cars in the line. Literally walked out, will take my business somewhere else.
