This was the worst taco ell experience. I waited for an hour in drive through to get my tacos. It was heavily understaffed and many people were waiting for a while to get their order.
Waited an hour in the drive thru. Was stuck and literally couldn't get out. But it really took that long.

The store had people in there. I walked in, they said they are closed to taking orders? They were open for another 30 minutes. How about we go back to a basic standard in this country where you provide service at the times you state you are open. They were rude.

This location is going downhill FAST. There is always a problem with my order and there is never anybody at the counter to talk to about it. If you order on the kiosk, good luck getting your drink cup. An employee will spawn out of nowhere for half a second when your order is ready and disappear again before you can ever ask for your drink. Today was especially bad because my burrito barely had anything in it. It was less than half the normal size and it was cold. Taco bell come on. I really like you and I want to give you money but you're making it harder and harder to justify eating here because of how inconvenient every experience at this location is.

If I could rate this a double zero, I would. We walked into one of the filthiest Taco Bells I have ever visited. No surface was left unclean. We came in before noon, and it was a ghost town. That should have been an indicator as to how our visit would be. There was a gentleman taking out the trash who was behaving erratically and making loud gestures, jumping up and down with loud growling sounds. We left without claiming our food or getting a refund. We felt it was in our best interest to avoid potential food poisoning. The filth was beyond measure. Avoid this location if at all possible.

I love taco bell and eat there regularly. I have never had a problem getting sick afterward. Went to this location for the first time and got very bad food poisoning. Ended up in the hospital because I couldn't breathe due to the severity of it....
