I’ve noticed a significant decline in service quality at Taco Bell in recent visits. The management teams at many locations seem to need additional customer service training. The experience used to be much better, but now it’s common to find that stores are out of basic essentials—such as taco sauce, napkins, or even working soda machines.
Another issue is the lack of printed receipts. Without them, customers can't participate in surveys that allow corporate to monitor service quality. Bringing back printed receipts and encouraging customer feedback would be a great step toward improving the overall experience and helping corporate understand what’s happening at the store level.
I hope Taco Bell will address these issues and work to restore the level of service many of us appreciated in the past.

I go to this Taco Bell near weekly during lunch over the past couple months and the girl who takes my order is exceptionally polite. Also, unlike most Taco Bells, the tortillas I have found to be fresh on the regular. They haven't messed up my order and I mean the bean burritos are sublime. 10/10

Worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to bro gave me the wrong fries no body was even at the front they didn’t give me a drink stood at the front counter for over 10 minutes they just yapping in the back

We came late at night, and the food took a bit longer than you’d expect but the staff were so polite and our order was accurate. Food was also great! Thankful to have a reliable late night spot with nice staff.
Consistently missing parts of our orders. We ended up getting three sweet teas because both tea dispensers had sweet tea and we wanted an unsweetened tea. There was already a bite out of one of our items (pictured below)! Food was also overcooked and overly salty! Additionally, every item at this specific taco bell is $0.50 more expensive on every item for some reason? All around miserable experience.

By all means, make sure you check your order before you leave the store. Because apparently asking for three chicken hardshell tacos is far more difficult than it should be. I asked for three hardshell chicken tacos, six regular tacos, and somehow that translated to six hardshell taco six soft tacos regular and not one of them was the hardshell chicken taco that I ordered. So by all means double check your order or you’ll get all the way home only to realize that hardshell or softshell escapes some people.

1. I got hair in my food and I bit into it. Not just 1 hair but a chunk of hair. The food was cold and made poorly. My tacos were mostly shell and the Mexican pizza was drowning in sauce. The nacho chips barely had any chips in them and cheese cups were not even half full. The staff was very slow. We were offered no refund for the hair being in the food. I can't express how beyond disgusting it was..
