Waited 34 minutes for food. People are nice enough, just took forever. They claim drive through takes priority but the drive through line went over at minimum 4x before we got our food. Drive through also had 3-4 cars at a time, not many. Very frustrating. The manager just stood at the register counting the same drawer over and over occasionally talking to his staff. Food was burnt and they forgot items.

Dining room might as well be a walk in freezer in the winter. Wear a heavy coat!
Waited 45 minutes last time I was here for my food and there were only 2 people in front of me.
Came back today, was feeling like wasting a pile of time obviously, but am thinking it will be my last time. There are about 4 people in front of me and 2 cars in the drive thru, so it will probably be an hour.
The workers are doing all they can to keep up, it's not their fault and they're super nice. Probably another place that can't find people to work for 10 bucks an hour when Sheetz is paying $16/hour and you can build cardboard boxes up the road for $24/hour.
There's also a loud, very obnoxious high pitched noise in the dining room that comes and goes.
It seems they prioritize the drive thru over dine in as well. It's been 15 minutes now since I put my order in, there's 7 people in the dining room, zero have been served.
Guessing this is a franchisee who really couldn't care less about satisfaction and just needs to own an easy business for tax purposes.
Go somewhere else.

I ordered this 1 night at 1030 pm after work starving got a 3 soft taco combo and this is what they gave me I was extremely scared to eat it because of ecoli so yes be very careful ordering from this taco bell
The 825 freeport location staff was working hard while it was busy with only 2 people on staff, didn't even have to wait too long. I truly appreciate them for not just leaving like many would.

This store is short staffed and yet the employees are so kind and helpful. Tonight, only two people were working but both made our trip here a delight. Thank you for showing kindness in the world even in tough working conditions.

Worst Taco Bell in Pennsylvania. Always takes over 45 mins and poor quality
Try placing a mobile order for 20 minutes only to get to the store and pull their clothes when it says clearly on online they’re open.

I typically go around lunchtime. 11am-1pm. The drive thru can get crazy busy. But they keep it going. Staff are always friendly. I typically get every item I order customized and they always get it right.

Really great taco bell, fresh food and good service. Even things like the chips tasted fresh made and delicious. Very happy with the PA taco bells compared to those in New England.

Service full slow. Employee not good
Lady at the window is friendly and great, she old. Had to wait a few mins
If you order in the morning, they might ghost you like they did to me, so wait until midday to order. I ordered just after they opened and no one was answering the drive thru, I drove up to the window and no one was opening it, the door was locked, and there were employees inside actively ghosting me.
