Was there for 1.5 hours to get a small order
I absolutely love Taco Bell and have been to this particular one probably hundreds of times. Usually a good experience. Recently I purchased a cheesy gordita crunch at this one and when I went to devour my treat, there was a whole ass bite with teeth and everything out of the flat bread portion of the taco. What the heck! It feels like someone was pulling a prank, unfortunately I was on my limited lunch break and did not have time to get the mistake corrected. Disappointed Freeport bell! Will it stop me from coming back, no. But still come on now! I went without my delicious lunch that day. Just so sad.

The crunchwrap only had lettuce and sour cream. The drink wasn't fully filled. Food was delivered cold. I watched on the ubereats app that the delivery driver was waiting a very long time and the food was delivered cold which tells me the employees of taco bell are incompetent. Do better.

Even for the low standards of a Taco Bell, this one is bad. Take the extra 15 minutes and drive to the one in Harmar or Swissvale.

I beg you to shut this location down. They're not capable of fulfilling orders. It is two people in here. I ordered online and my order wasn't started over 30 minutes past pickup. Lady in front of me had to get her order refunded too. Not sure if I'm even going to hear back about mine in email. They were struggling to get a single drive thru order done. It was not busy

We drove through the drive-thru at 12:40am after being at children's hospital for 7 hours and he told me they were closed. They weren't, they were open to 1. I had a very disappointed child.

Shamefully bad. I ordered on the app so I could be precise. They gave away my order to someone else and told me I had to hobble into the store on my broken foot to explain that I actually am myself, and whoever took my order WASN'T me NOR was designated by me to deliver. My supreme Taco wasn't supreme. All my sauce was forgotten, no napkins, no straws.
Cinnamon twists were rancid AGAIN

Harassed-sounding employee just said "It'll be a 25 minute wait" when I pulled up. When I said I had a mobile order, they said to come inside, so I had to back out of the drive thru lane. Once inside, employees could be heard yelling in the back about how they didn't want to make food & that they didn't want to be there. There was hair on the stack of cup lids by the soda machine. I did not receive all of my order, but at this point, I don't want to go back inside and deal with angry employees. Not returning to this location.

This place has gone so far down hill. Employees could care less. Drove through takes 45 minutes with 4 cars. It’s so bad.

7 people working and not one can come to the counter when 4 of us are standing there.
Thank you for being a good person and being respectful. 👍🏻

Ewwww, I just can’t. 20 years ago my body could digest Taco Bell’s grease soaked, mystery meats. Not now. Details need not be shared. I’m sure if ur reading this, you know exactly what I refer to. lol
