Dan took care of me on front counter, he was so sweet. We were talking about bad customer experiences for a sec because we both work in customerer service, then I went back to get my crunch wrap cut in half and he did it no questions asked. And I won a prize in the cup toss thing and got a free combo meal out of it! Safe to say go here and say hi to Dan but don't be mean he doesn't deserve to put up with your bullsh*t just because you're hangry... Calm down Karen

Something is ALWAYS wrong...if you get waited on @ all! If you ask for mild sauce you get screaming hot sauce! I will never go there again! Never have any food, no staff, bring back Long John Silvers!

Vegetarian options: Corporate should honestly close this place down! None of the hot food is even warm! Have you ever had an ungrilled chalupa? It is not something to look forward to!

Parking: Except for price & the drive thru, I only go there for convenience- there is a REAL Mexican food place about 10 parking spots from the front of this Taco Bell!

Kid-friendliness: Not many people actually go in this place!

Wheelchair accessibility: It is wheelchair accessible.

There must have been a change in staff. Prior to several months ago there were pleasant older workers who were helpful and courteous. Now they're are surly entitled youngsters.
The Burrito Supreme lacked meat but was sloppily over filled with beans. We've been going to this Shaler location for years but after 3 similar lousy Burritos

This place is the absolute worst! I live right down the street and every single time I have placed and payed an order through there mobile app I get there and there’s no ground beef and am told it’s going to be an hour before they will have ground beef again. Like how do you constantly run out of something that your whole entire menu is based on! 3rd time I’ve had to cancel my order and wait 2/3 days to get my money back because these genius workers don’t know that before they run out of meat they should probably boil another bag of ground beef! So incompetent I can see why they work at taco bell for a living!

Atmosphere I gave one star because I've never been inside the building. It's always closed when I go. It's not a big deal, though.
The staff interactions are always good. Super nice and friendly.
Two things, though.
A. Every other bean burrito I order the beans are dried up. It's hit or miss with my extra red sauce and extra cheese.
B. 90% of the time, we are missing at least one item for our order. I get super anxious about checking the bag and holding up the line.

I'm sure if I voiced either concern, they would gladly help me.

It’s not the cashier’s job to make my day , but don’t close the window in my face as I’m just trying to make short conversation about your own menu items. It wasn’t very nice. Also didn’t know if one part of the shell is broke you just throw another piece of a shell in.

This taco bell is great, they forget the sauce sometimes but otherwise I have few complaints

Edit: multiple times in the last month, including last night, I was refused service because they, "didn't have any food". What. Like....how? You don't feel like microwaving a bag of beans? What a joke, go to Aspinwall or McKnight locations.

Ordered and spent half an hour in line at the drive thru and still had not gotten to window. We left. 1st time ever. Felt bad but only 1 person working for front and drive thru and 1 person cooking. This was during dinner rush. The increase in cost still has not added personnel to store. Good luck
I will never go back. Don't handle food and money without washing hands before food.

The place was pretty dead around lunch time… that should have been my first indication. The drink cup they gave me had something sticky all over them. When they gave me a second with more sticky stuff on it, I just decided not to have a drink. I ordered the Chalupa Combo; however, the shells were not fried and ultimately just ended up being a “Gordita” combo. Due to the anti-customer employee cuts at Taco Bell, there is zero employee interacting with the customers and they don’t even call your name for orders.
