Great service
I went today and got two 1.99$ tacos that had a lot of meat inside but my mom’s two Doritos locos tacos had barely any!! How does the more expensive taco have less ingredients than a cheaper one? We even tried to show them the tacos and they didn’t even care to look. They tried to tell us there’s nothing they can do unless we buy another one. I asked for a remake. Very disappointed. And they left a bucket of cleaner on the table and a wet rag on the floor. Luckily nobody slipped on it. Never coming back.
They didn't give us half of our order. Didn't give us straws for the drinks. Awful all around
Hardly any meat in any tacos and everything cold.
Friendly staff and fresh food pretty much made to order!
I went here to grab a quick meal at first all was good then we got to the window, as we were waiting for our meal the guy at the window who told us his name was Rocco stood on his phone with his back turned and was eating and drinking by the computer, shortly after that he licked his fingers and walked over to grab out food. For me personally i don’t think it’s very sanitary to be eating and drinking while handling customers food.
I understand Taco Bell isn't fine dinning, but this was atrocious. We ordered online so it would be ready when we arrived. No one was greating anyone and when someone did look our way they looked displeased we were there. After waiting for 10 minutes a man finally someone came over.
I'm not sure what he was doing but he jumped up on the counter with his filthy shoes and reached for something above the drink machine. we asked for our cups so we could get our drinks. Come to find out that the soda machine has no ice or CO2 so we had warm flat drinks.
No exaggeration it was another 10 minutes to get our food so 20 minutes total. Somehow they managed to make all the food wrong, and it was also cold. The chips were literally dripping in fryer oil.
The restaurant was filthy, we cleaned a table for ourselves, there was two women with hair down past their waste not wearing hair nets. There was also the guy that stood on the counter. I would avoid this restaurant at all cost.
Asked for extra on something and gave me almost nothing, less then normal. Order took forever just for 1 thing, they were out of almost all fountain drinks, and on top of that, there was a worker sleeping at a booth switching…
Waited over 20 minutes just to get our food, only ordered one 3 cheese chicken flatbread, but gave us three instead.
Only customers in the building. No one in the drive thru. Took 20 minutes to get our two meals, which were somehow still cold.

One of the employees had a headset that wasn’t working and her voice wouldn’t come through over the speaker. After she spoke, a train came by. Another employee told me over the speaker that it was because of a train. When I tried to explain at the window that there was an issue with the speaker before the train, he yelled over me to tell me that it was the train whistle. I did not get it food. Avoid unless you want to be scolded by or yelled at by a man who doesn’t offer people basic respect.
