Only customers in the building. No one in the drive thru. Took 20 minutes to get our two meals, which were somehow still cold.

One of the employees had a headset that wasn’t working and her voice wouldn’t come through over the speaker. After she spoke, a train came by. Another employee told me over the speaker that it was because of a train. When I tried to explain at the window that there was an issue with the speaker before the train, he yelled over me to tell me that it was the train whistle. I did not get it food. Avoid unless you want to be scolded by or yelled at by a man who doesn’t offer people basic respect.

Blown away by the service here. A few months ago we drove-thru and when we got home we realized they forgot a few things in our order. We called to share our frustration and they were very sympathetic and told us that if we gave them another chance, they would make things right. They sure did! Mistakes happen, but taking accountability goes a long way! Really impressed!

Great to know BioLife is acknowledging its hard working employees. From promotions to cross-training opportunities. Special acknowledgement to Ashley for continued service and development of self and others.

I ordered on line for pick up inside the place. I walked in and stood there waiting for someone to help me. 5 people doing nothing but talking in a corner near the drive thru window. Everyone of them looked at me but never asked if I needed anything. After about 8 minutes a man send " Do you need something?" My order was behind something and of course when I got home my food was cold. By the way I live about three miles away. Never again!

Got the $7 Special Box. Supreme Taco was good. Bad attention to detail: Burrito had far too many beans after asking for a minimal amount. Tortilla chips tasted fried in rancid oil; they were bitter and greasy. Got the wrong sauces.
