The night staff need a change or need to get fired a s soon as possible or this place will be going down in business soon ,hire some good hardworking people from Pittsburgh area or the main manager need to get fired whos unaware of what's really going on at nights and the management need to investigate what's going on with the orders at night as they are flooded with orders which they can't handle specially ubereats and doordash..kept me waiting for 20 mins inside and then said they are closed . totally unprofessional staff need supervision and training. hire someone who's capable of handling the night shifts and willing to complete orders on time .taco bell u can do better in Pittsburgh 😞
The worse 3 times at the drive thru all bad this time
Went Thur drive thru ask for a diet Pepsi no ice got to the window she handed me tinted water I ask what is this ..she said Pepsi I said that's not Pepsi looks like 99 percent water with a small tint of Pepsi and she gave me a discuss look i ask what else do you have Pepsi zero
so my question is I ask for no ice they fill it with water

I went thru the drive thru this evening and was very disappointed with my half rcvd order
So disappointed that I returned to the store and demanded that I get my whole order remade or a full refund at first I felt they were a little hesitant but after a few views at the food I did rcv they demanded I have my whole order remade. I am very grateful for the gentleman that made this happen he was very polite and I will definitely return again. Thank you again Mr Andre

One of the best in the area. Polite and relatively fast service, The food seems pretty fresh, and they do a great job following special requests in Mobile orders. I took one star away from the food because the beef tasted a little strange in the burrito. But that was the next day after I reheated it. But the chicken items I got tasted normal. It's just a shame at this location is closer to me or to where I work. The Taco Bell nearest my workplace is awful.

Ordered everything with no tomato, even asked the cashier (Tay S) on 3 separate occasion to make certain there was no tomato. Every item had tomato on it. Everytime I give Taco Bell another shot they serve up some dog water bs like this. Avoid this place.

Unfortunately this is the closest one to my house… every single time they miss multiple items or just get it wrong. Really annoying when they miss half the order on a regular basis. Except for one crew lead that seems to always get it right.

Taco Bell has fallen through the standings like a rock. 2010's were their Apex. Now, they use subpar ingredients, smaller portions, and the prices have gotten outrageous.
Go to Azetca. It's literally up Clever Road.

Staff wasn’t working, just goofing around. Took 5 minutes just to order at the drive thru, then took another 20 minutes to take my food out to my car when there was no one else here at night.
Ordered regular quesadilla then noticed the cantina one ask for that one cashier said you want the regular one and that I said no just the cantina . I asked for small Pepsi . Got to window watched them dip out water in the machine guess it was broken . Got drink it was flat she offered another I said no. Get food she said thanks . I said unm and I going to get my money back for the drink she closed the window then another man came to window ask me to park ask me if I paid cash for my food . I said a card he said well it’ll take some time to refund I gotta go in the system search for your card then refund that way once I find your card . I said you know what I’ll just call the number .. like has Taco Bell changed that much or is that just an east Coast Taco Bell thing . So I can’t get my money back for a flat drink until extensive research is done wow .

I was in the drive-through for approximately five minutes at 7:00 PM on Wednesday evening, awaiting someone to take my order. I repeatedly inquired if anyone was present or available, but received no response. There was no one on the other end.
As I drove away, I noticed three or four employees at the window, seemingly laughing. I am unsure why the customer service has declined in this instance, but I hope the management can address this issue.
