Delicious and very nice staff. The iced coffee was soooo good. Granted it was my first time trying Vietnamese coffee. I got the special without the meatballs. Very small place to eat but, a gem of a find. All of my team members and I enjoyed our meals.

Tan Lac Vien Vietnamese Bistro was well worth the distance I walked to get there. Excellent service from the gentlemen working tonight and the kitchen staff definitely phöfilled my craving! The vegan steamed dumplings hit the spot and the vegan phö was one of the best I've had in PGH.I know where I'll be stopping next time I'm in town.Vegetarian options: There was a section with Vegan options and the broth was super tasty vegetable broth.

Delicious food! Friendly waitstaff. It makes for a lovely afternoon or dinner meal the only thing I don't like is the Pittsburgh parking but I'm not going to even remove a star for that because it was that good of an experience

Went with friends and had the Pho, bun noodle dish, and spring rolls. Pho broth was tasty, and everything else was ok. Service was friendly and reasonably fast.

Solid Vietnamese spot in Squirrel Hill. It's a very small, mom and pop type restaurant with a limited amount of unpretentious seating. They have a ton of options on the menu. I've gotten the summer rolls, vermicelli bowl with pork spring rolls, and wonton soup with egg noodles, and everything has been pretty tasty. Ingredients always feel fresh. The portions are also massive too! There usually isn't a wait here so this is a great option if you're looking for a place for a quick casual but filling lunch.

Cute little spot in Squirrel Hill. It can be a little crowded since the tables are very close together. The service was excellent, the server was prompt and attentive. There were stuff not on the menu and they accommodate me. The first menu they gave us was different from the second menu. I asked if they had Banh mi and it was on the second menu he brought. The Banh mi was good but it was pricey $14, I asked if they had the tradition one with the cured pork and pate since it wasn't on listed. The server asked the kitchen if they can make that for me and they did $15. Everything we ordered was delicious!! The fresh roll was fresh and the sauce it came with was excellent! It was fish sauce based which I loved. Sweet and salty with a hint on lime and pepper! That was the same sauce that came with the Banh Xeo (crepe). It was suppose to come with pork but there was no pork, although this is the first time I have ever gotten that much shrimp inside. I was shocked I didn't even notice there wasn't any pork. It was still very good. My husband and son both got the pho special combo and the broth was phenomenal! How a pho broth should taste. Taste like they been boiling the bones over night. Very clean and clear broth! It was perfect! I ordered the Bun Bo Hue. It was also very delicious! I got spice level 7 and it was almost to spicy! the broth was flavorful! It was hard to eat cuz it was hot and spicy so next time I will opted to do a spice level 5. We also ordered the chow fun with beef and it was also very good! A little to much sauce but was tasty!

Decent pho for pittsbrugh but not amazing. If you're craving noodles and soup on a cold day this is a decent spot to go to because there aren't many pho options around. Staff is nice and the restaurant is cozy.

Very authentic Vietnamese restaurant that serves delicious pho and springrolls. It's a smaller quaint family run restaurant with friendly service. High recommend for good eats!
