To say the service left a lot to be desired is an understatement. We sat at a bar for a good 10 minutes before one of 3 bartenders noticed as they casually conversated with guys sitting there. We ordered and the bartender made the drinks right in front of us, which i was excited for thinking hey this is a big deal bar I bet they make drinks pretty cool... wrong lol she grabbed the four bottles to pour in my blueberry long Island (almost dropping them) tipped them over to pour got maybe a shot total in the cup and lifted to stop the pours and ended up pouring more on the bar and floor then came anywhere near my drink. Had the drink actually tasted good the cheap pour wouldn't of bothers me but it was a heavy dose of blueberry syrup, the cup filled with sour mix then a splash of sprite... it was so sour and just gross honesty. Did i say anything? Nope because she never came back over, we cashed out and walked around and sat at a different bar trying to stomach the drink and thought maybe we'd have a better experience but nope again took almost 10min to be talked to because they were talking with guys or huddled in corners. The security staff was beyond nice and a guy who helped direct me to the restroom. Later that night we seen the line to get in and I can only figure the employees just don't get care about regular old guests on an event day because they known they're gonna make bank later on. We went about 330 it was not busy at all. Had planned to spend our afternoon there and eat before our concert but after the 30ish minutes we spent we decided not to waste anymore time or money. I'm sure there's some good ones there, so if you're just looking for the experience then give it a shot but I should of just listened to our taxi driver and went elsewhere

Unacceptable and Aggressive Treatment by Staff and Security

I'm still shaken after the disturbing experience my friends and I had at Tequila Cowboy about 3 weeks ago. We were a group of about 10 people and As soon as we had arrived one of my female friends had gone to the bathroom, and when I noticed she was gone, that's when I went looking for her in the toilet. I told the bouncers I was looking for her, and one had already gotten mad at me for looking for her. When I told him that she’s drunk he started yelling “yeah! She needs to go.” As soon as she walks out the toilet, we’re turning back the bouncer is there waiting to escort us out of the facility. Mind you, we never had any drinks there; we had just walked in.

The situation escalated quickly. My friend was confronted by aggressive bouncers while trying to find our party, and I was dragged out by Officer Alston despite my attempts to de-escalate the situation. Throughout the ordeal, we were not given a chance to communicate with our group or an explanation as to why we were being dragged out. I was forced to scream for my boyfriend as I was literally being lifted and carried out the building just to get his attention.
I believe we were targeted because of our accents. When we went out, they never could give us an explanation, but the officer started harassing my boyfriend as well and asked him and i for our IDs. We later found out that it was apparently because they thought we were undocumented. However, we know that IDs are checked at the entrance by bouncers. The experience was both humiliating and disturbing. The lack of explanation and the officer's harassment added to our distress.
As a result of the incident, I left with physical injuries, including a hurt shoulder and ankle.

To add insult to injury, when I called to report the incident, the head of security surprisingly admitted that I was not the problem. Yet, I was the one who was subjected to the aggressive treatment, physical harm, and emotional distress. This contradiction raises serious questions about the establishment's accountability and commitment to customer safety.

I hope that management takes responsibility for their employees' actions and takes steps to address racial profiling and ensure a safer and more respectful environment for all patrons.

Until then, I would caution others to be aware of the potential risks of visiting this establishment.

Pretty good food. Everyone here was very friendly. We were here for lunch but seems like it would be a really fun atmosphere at night with music.

First & last time. Attempted to dance on the dance floor and the bouncers aggressively asked us to leave, they did not offer an explanation when asked. Don’t bother with the karaoke unless you want to pay $10+ for your song to come up.

Very disappointed… Arrived at 8pm. I had multiple bartenders get snarky and offended about tipping on an OPEN tab. Very disorganized, too many bartenders fighting for a tip. I’m sorry but I will not tip for every drink I have on an OPEN tab. One bartender in particular told my group to leave under her breath bc of this situation.

When to the rest room and someone is waiting outside my door to kick me out after having 2 shots. Very pick and choosy on things they want to enforce.

The menu was extremely limited. I never had a cheeseburger and fries that I couldn't eat until I tried them at Tequila Cowboy. The burger was pretty much tasteless, and the bun and cheese were all hard around the edges. The fries were extra greasy and the smell of grease just filled the whole area. The server was slow to get the table and then hurried us along while we were ordering. A soda refill took almost 10 minutes when the restaurant wasn't even 1/4 full.

Food was mediocre at best. My wife and I both had the cheeseburger. It was totally flavorless. Like I have had better cheeseburgers at a convenience store. Fries were disappointing too. They are a super coated fry which I don't mind but again , not much flavor. Service was eh. Took forever to get refills. One point the server who training someone was sitting behind the bar filling what looked like straws and five minutes later came out with my refill. I will probably not be back.
