Had a bad experience with food that wasn't cooked properly. But even worse was the manager, Taylor Slagel — she was unprofessional, lacked empathy, and wouldn’t even make eye contact. Very disappointed.

Had such an amazing experience here at this specific Texas Roadhouse location today, July 25, 2025. I was so glad we didn't have to wait a lot to get seats. I think it just took us about 5 minutes until we got seated on a busy Friday night.
Our server, whose name I can't remember but based on the receipt, is 'Jocelyn,' was really great and kept checking on us about our food or if we needed something. Kudos to her great service!
My husband and I ordered the following: 'Wild Strawberry Lemonade,' cheese fries, chili, country fried chicken, grilled BBQ chicken with ribs, buttered corn, seasoned fries, and mac and cheese. Everything was exceedingly delicious. This is perhaps my favorite restaurant, as I found the best-tasting Texas-inspired foods here that I can't find somewhere else.
Thanks so much for the complimentary bread rolls with that signature honey or cinnamon spread and the peanuts with the shells on. They are absolutely great to eat on their own!
The atmosphere in this location was very cozy and clean.
Overall, Texas Roadhouse is the best restaurant to visit and eat at! You won't be disappointed. Great food, great service, nice atmosphere, and your tummy and mood will be super happy! 🤗👌🏼

Ribs needed more sauce a little dry. Luckily, their steak sauce is very good. Nic and the crew are very good servers.

As a former Black employee of Texas Roadhouse, I can no longer support or recommend this company. Recently, I experienced a severe mental health crisis that required me to take about a week off from work. All of the managers were aware of what I was going through. Unfortunately, during that time, I missed calling in on one of the days due to the state I was in. Instead of checking in on me or showing any form of concern—especially considering they knew the seriousness of my situation—I received no outreach from management. When I made the effort to return to work, even paying for a $40 Uber to get there, I was told by Taylor (a manager) that I had been removed from the schedule and needed to speak with Robyn. Despite calling multiple times and even driving up there personally to explain and ask to keep my job, I was only told that I was suspended pending a decision. After waiting four days, I was informed that my employment had been terminated. What makes this situation more painful is knowing that another server—who happened to be white—walked out in the middle of her shift and was still given the opportunity to keep her job. The inconsistency in how situations are handled, especially when race and mental health are involved, is disheartening and also shows double standards. There were only three Black employees at that location, and now that number is down to two. My termination, despite openly communicating my mental health crisis, makes it hard not to feel that my situation wasn’t handled with the care, understanding, or fairness that all employees deserve. This experience showed me that Texas Roadhouse does not prioritize mental health—and certainly not the well-being of its Black employees.
Shouldn’t have to wait outside 10 minutes at a window for to go after I was texted it was ready. Either do it inside or bring to the car like everyone else. I only got served then cause I went inside and complained.

All was great but I got take out and they forgot my kids applesauce. I should've checked before I left so shame on me. The bartender who took my order and gave me my drink was fantastic. The food was good as always only fumble was missing applesauce.

No bread when we were seated. Waited a long time for service . Had to send my steak back due to being way undercooked. Didn't even get a discount for such a terrible experience. Save yourself the headache
