It was my birthday today, so I asked the server if they'd offer anything for my birthday. They told me they'd offer dessert and a special treat, and I asked, and they said yes. I understand the server forgot our request because the place was busy, but I was disappointed with the service. However, the food was always top-notch.

Couldn't tell you about the food seeing as we waiting nearly 40 minutes to be seated and were completely ignored. Don't go here if you happen to color your hair I guess. Seeing as my husband and I saw half a dozen people walk in after us and be seated immediately. Also to add, we were on the wait list already via the site, so guess that doesn't matter. Seriously screw this place!

First time in Pittsburgh and hadn't been to Texas Roadhouse in a while so my friend and I decided to stop by and definitely don't regret it! Food was absolutely perfect in every regard! Steak was perfect for both of us and the drinks were great!
Lindsey was one of the best servers I've ever had! Funny and listened to any questions we had and made sure we had a good meal! Suggested a drink and it turned out delicious!

We arrived there and said 25 min and there were 3 names on the list and after one hour there were 8 people before us and the hostess said they did it on line and always her answer was Do you want to continue on the waitlist or not ? Not good service we came from Texas and never happened this there
It's a chain restaurant, the food is good but it's the service here that sets it apart from other moderately priced chain restaurants. Our waitress, Kara, was outstanding, she was on it. We didn't have to ask for additional water, ice tea, or their signature rolls. The only disappointment I had was the menu is without French Onion Soup. I suppose because it's a Texas themed restaurant chilli is far more appropriate than French Onion Soup. 😂

I wanted to place an order online by phone!. I talk to a gentleman by the name of Wyatt. He transferred me back. I was on hold for about eight minutes before I gave up and called him back. Needless to say he went back there and made sure someone took my call immediately. I would love to have a person like that on my team every time!!!!! Thank you Wyatt Herb J
