It's a chain restaurant, the food is good but it's the service here that sets it apart from other moderately priced chain restaurants. Our waitress, Kara, was outstanding, she was on it. We didn't have to ask for additional water, ice tea, or their signature rolls. The only disappointment I had was the menu is without French Onion Soup. I suppose because it's a Texas themed restaurant chilli is far more appropriate than French Onion Soup. 😂
I wanted to place an order online by phone!. I talk to a gentleman by the name of Wyatt. He transferred me back. I was on hold for about eight minutes before I gave up and called him back. Needless to say he went back there and made sure someone took my call immediately. I would love to have a person like that on my team every time!!!!! Thank you Wyatt

It took 40 minutes to get my order and I left without the bread because I got frustrated waiting for bread. My food was sitting in the pickup area which was very cold. There was bread sitting in the kitchen area so I couldn't figure out why I was waiting for bread. When I order they said it would be 20-25 minutes. 40 minutes was excessive. The food was good but we had to heat it up when I got home.
