The Key manager at the hosting booth doesn't need to be at the front of the house. She's bad for business. She and two other host decided to insert themselves in a conversation being had with a wait staff employee. I didn't ask for a manager because I valued the information being given. A manager called me after I reached out to corporate. She was as bad as the key manager. The maturity levels of both were low. When the manager said "well the food wasn't an issue," I had to correct her. My beef tips with onions and mashed potatoes and gravy had a scoop of sour cream, and the mashed potatoes were salty (other people in my party of 11 agreed). The manager told me it comes with it. I've eaten this same meal at other locations with no sour cream on my plate. Additional customer training is definitely needed.

I would not recommend this place the staff is rude, they will ignore you. There are staff members just walking past like we don't exist. As a manager I would never have my staff treat anyone like this. This is why businesses are closing. You have a whole bunch of people just standing around. I did like eating here, but I will never come back.

We called and were told they would be able to get us in right away, we were a party of 12, so we were excited, we drove out of our way to go here on our lunch break. When we got there, they had us text them we were there, then they ignored us. Didn't greet us when we came in, didn't seat us or anything, and ignored us for over 20 minutes before we finally left. Ruined our lunch break.

We checked in online .. it said 50 minutes so we waited in our vehicle. As we sat there we noticed several cars of people going in so we waited an hour. We went and asked and the young lady told us it would be an additional 15 minutes or so. Store 624 definitely needs a new manager that can Handel and keep them organized

This was THE worst experience I’ve ever had at any restaurant. I would recommend any other TXRH location besides this one. From the start we had an awful experience. First, we were denied a high chair for a baby in our party because one manager told us it was a fire hazard due to our location where we were sitting. Then, another manager (Kimberly) told us it is because the baby could hit their hard because we were at a raised table. We asked for another table that was larger because a booster seat visibly could not fit in our four top table when there was 5 of us. When asked for a six top table that was right next to us that was open, Manger Kimberly told us no because it was being held for a larger party. 2 seconds later a party of 2 and a baby were sat there. All over the back row of six tops, smaller parties than ours were sat even though we were told different. Then, our waitress Zoe comes out and has to retake our orders about 20 minutes after they were placed because they were somehow “lost.” When our food does finally come out, the steaks were not cooked correctly whatsoever. Never in my life have i seen a manager deny a party a high chair or not even try to accommodate us so we can fit the baby comfortably. Although they could not accommodate us accordingly, the managers had no problem at all line dancing every 20 minutes. Maybe you should get your priorities straight before you line dance. If you have a small child, DO NOT bring it to this location.

This is ABSOLUTELY the worst Roadhouse location. They're too worried about jacking the music up to ear piercing levels so servers ignore their customers and dance. DO NOT WASTE GOOD MONEY AT THIS LOCATION!!! Go to Washington where they focus on GOOD FOOD. And GOOD SERVICE. not BS!
Obviously the owner can react to the other customer comments but not mine.Just another reason not to go here!

My husband and I got seated and under the table was wet. The waitress didn’t even want to clean under if. I wanted to leave but I gave it a chance. After that we ordered some alcoholic beverages and regular drinks those were good. We received our meals and the mashed potatoes had something in it. Like a piece of lent not sure. Won’t ever dine at the west mifflin location. I have been the Texas Roadhouse plenty of times and this is by far the worst location. Monroeville Texas Roadhouse is better and the one in McKnight road they have excellent service.
