Appetizers and side dishes are good, so are many other things on their menu, but I wouldn't recommend ordering a steak from here as they've had a terrible habit lately of overcooking them. When Texas Roadhouse first opened in Pleasant Hills we were pretty excited for it. We often get our food to go and my steak of choice is usually either a medium bone-in ribeye, or a medium-rare porterhouse. For years there hadn't been any issues but the last 3 times now I ended up with overcooked medium-well steak. The previous 2 times I brought the steak back to the restaurant after ordering our food to go, and they remade it, and the second attempt turned out perfect both of those times. This time however, I brought the steak back for them to recook and the second attempt was still overcooked. Just giving an honest review, however please notate that I did give 5 stars for service because everyone was very polite and they agreed to refund me for the steak, so 5 star service for that in an honest review. After doing some research it looks like chain steakhouses like this often have steaks of different thickness that are pre-designated for each level of doneness, this way they can streamline the process and cook every steak for the same amount of time. I think that's an idea that works from an efficiency standpoint, but it seems very flawed in terms of cooking a steak to the proper doneness. Everything else in our to-go order was great though!

Wicked busy Friday night, the 2 bartenders were swamped, they still have a great attitude and go the job done in a timely manner. It was disappointing that no manager came to help these girls or a busboy or someone, but these girls killed it!!We had a group of 8 or 9 at the bar and we didn't need anything..Food was excellent, came out quickly, cooked properly, looked great.. we will be back!

Honestly, this is one of the best restaurants I've been too. Friendly staff, amazing food, great atmosphere. Managers walk around checking on tables, and it seems like they really care if you're having a good time.Parking: Sometimes hard to find parking due to how busy it is, but well worth searching for a spot!Kid-friendliness: Kids menus, fun drinks, and they sing a really cool birthday song for you!Wheelchair accessibility: Entire restaurant is wheel chair accessible.

I have always been the biggest fan of Texas Roadhouse. I grew up in Tx and ate at the very first one ever built in Tx. For many many years have had to have a service dog for a life long illness. I have taken All of the services dogs I had since I was very young and NEVER been told by a single Texas Roadhouse employee that they were not allowed to serve my dog. I alway buy my dog a $18/20 meal which she eats with me. I was very disappointed in the fact that I was told NO water for my service dog and absolutely no food. I was even asked how things were from management which I told her I was told my dog would not be allowed to eat and she said it's policy. Must be the only one that has that policy. I will not return to this place if they won't take my money and allow my service dog to have a meal. I was very saddened by this and had to go elsewhere for my girl to have a meal.

Ordered takeout from the app. This meal was delicious. After traveling all day my daughter wanted their sliders and to eat them in the hotel. I enjoyed a an amazing bacon burger with green beans as the side. If you like beans I encourage you to try this as a sun for fries. My wife ordered the steak bites with a very nice side salad. The order was later than the app told us but the place was packed for a Friday night.Parking: They did not have parking for takeout orders.
