Listen I‘m not looking for a free meal nor do I want a free appetizer. On Thursday 04/03/2025. My family had the worst service I’ve ever experienced . When we got there we waited for the waiter to show up just for drinks. 1st time at robinson texas roadhouse, not again. Never had a problem at other ones . Obviously they can not figure out what med. steak means. Twice sent back, twice rare. Iced tea taste like water. Manager only willing to give me $10 off, Even though my husband had his food done & I never got to eat my steak.
Shawn and his staff knocked it out of the park on our recent visit last Saturday evening! Place was packed to the brim and yet the service and food were all spot on. Our server Laryssa was on top of everything we needed and was such a nice gal. The kitchen was turning out a ton of food but our appetizers came out quickly and our steaks were cooked exactly as we ordered.
