Listen I‘m not looking for a free meal nor do I want a free appetizer. On Thursday 04/03/2025. My family had the worst service I’ve ever experienced . When we got there we waited for the waiter to show up just for drinks. Finally a waitress showed up and told us that our waiter was running a little behind that she’s going to get us our drinks. we waited another 5 minutes before the actual waiter showed up to get our order we told him we wanted an appetizer so he went to put that in a matter of few minutes went by our appetizer came. After that we waited and waitEd for this waiter to come back and take our order . We complained to the manager or whoever comes to talk to you about this waiter because of the wait times for everything. When he finally came back and brought our boxes to go. My daughter asked for a to go cup of ice he said no problem and he went to go get it It took about 5 minutes before he came back just to say they didn’t have any to go cups . But what he really did was he waited until we paid the bill to see how much tip we left him. (On our way out he made sure to thank us for the tip . ) He’s lucky he even got a tip after the bad service we received . Like I said at the beginning of this review . We are not looking for anything FREE. Just Do Better!!!

This is my 2nd time visiting Texas Roadhouse and both times were awesome. Both times our table had Malik as a server and I can't say enough good things about him. Funny, attentive, professional and really looks the part of a Texas Cowboy. He's definitely representing the brand.

We have eaten at this location many times, my husband really enjoys their steaks. Last night was the most miserable experience we have had there, there were 5 of us dining together, of the 5 only one dinner was correct, 4 had to be sent back. The music was way too loud, I spoke with 2 different managers about the volume, both stated they had constant complaints about how loud it was, they even went as far as pointing out the other 5 tables to us that were complaining about how loud it was, And the other tables that asked to speak with the manager about the volume, both managers stated they will not adjust the volume. When they turn the music up for the dancing the items on our tables literally vibrated. I explained to them both, if the music was not so loud, the server might have been able to hear everyone’s orders, she just shrugged and walked away. To talk with the folks at your table you needed to scream to each other. I will take my business to a different location.

This place was absolutely amazing. It had been a while since I last visited after Max and Erma's had closed down, but the new look inside was a breath of fresh air. I still remember the last time I had the Roadk*ll at a TX Roadhouse and it was fantastic. This time, I tried the country-fried sirloin, and it was absolutely delicious and packed with flavor, just like I remembered. The Western-style atmosphere was a great touch, really embracing the cowboy vibe. I even took a look at the kid's menu and saw some fantastic options for the little ones, and the adult menu was just as appealing. This place is perfect for families or a date night, and the food and the staff are both top-notch. I highly recommend checking it out!

Vegetarian options: I enjoyed a delicious side Caesar salad during my visit to the restaurant. While I opted for the side salad, I noticed that they offer a variety of other salad options as well. I must admit that I didn't explore the full range of choices available, but I'm sure they have an impressive selection to cater to different preferences.

Parking: The parking lot is located in the very back next to the Industry Public House. Handicapped spaces are available.

Kid-friendliness: This place has a fantastic atmosphere for kids and a wonderful selection of menu options tailored for them!

Love steak, visited many restaurants over the years, why does the volume of music needs to be so loud.

I had a fantastic experience at Texas Roadhouse recently, and I have to give a special shout-out to Kristen, who I believe is a manager. When I ordered my meal, I didn’t realize it had pork in it, and she noticed right away. Instead of just pointing me to a menu, she took the time to come to our table and walked me through the entire menu, letting me know which dishes contained pork and which ones were safe to eat.

Her warmth and genuine care really made a difference. On top of that, she offered extra apple sauce for my kids, which they loved! Kristen was so kind and even apologized for the wait, making us feel valued and well taken care of.

Overall, our visit was about more than just the delicious food; it was about the wonderful service that made us feel at home. I can’t recommend Texas Roadhouse enough for anyone looking for a great meal and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. I’ll definitely be back!
