We ordered takeout and the food was excellent for it being a restaurant takeout. However, when I went to pick up the order, there was a manager inside, who was very rude to her staff directly in front of me. She then proceeded to involve me in the conversation, which made me feel very awkward because she wanted me to side with her on how her staff behaved and worked. The prime rib was good im giving 3 stars because the bartender was too cool to greet the customer or say thanks or check on the food. Her name was I think its taeja, not sure how it's spelled.
I've never had any complaints about the food. This time the server wasn't on point as she neglected to refill my glass. I even left it at the edge of the table in plain view as she passed by 3 or 4 times.
