No food at this location, which I was neither looking for nor wanted. But when I asked the bartender for a menu, he exclaimed as if I was an idiot “we don’t have a kitchen!” Cool guy, I don’t go to TGI Fridays for the sub-par food (which I REALLY wish I had said). Asked for a beer or cocktail menu. Nope. If you have no signature cocktails (which I also didn’t want) or kitchen, what exactly makes you a TGI Fridays?? Just call yourself a random bar and save yourself (and everyone else) the hassle.

I never been to a TGI Friday's that didn't have a kitchen. If you go to the Pittsburgh Int Airport Friday's,it's literally just a bar. Nothing against a bar, but maybe rename the place?

Your typical airport bar/restaurant.Is the the beer cold, yes!Are the drinks cold, yes!Is there something on the menu to satisfy you before or after your flight, yes!Is the service great, not really!Is the food good? Depends on what you consider good food, but it's probably has the best options at this airport.I've been here numerous times over the years while waiting on flights.I've ate a bunch of apps and drank a bunch of beers here over the years. It's a good place to unwind before getting on your flight or grabbing something after you get off your flight.I've always liked TGIF's and they do have some good things to offer.The service isn't the best so be prepared to wait, but the atmosphere is great and especially if a Pirates or Steelers game is on.Enjoy :)

Paid 14.99 plus tax for a steak and egg breakfast, took one bite of the steak and it tasted like it was spoiled. Not only would they not replace it, I still had to pay full price. It is bad to pay full price for rotten meat that you can eat.

The benches are seats are all ripped and covered in tape, after we sat down the water that they brough us tasted off and smelled foul. We got up and left. If they cannot keep the dining room presentable and the water clean then there is no way their food standards are up to par.

Horrible. Had a Cobb salad around 4:30pm on Wednesday Nov 16 and developed intense, worst ever food poisoning about 6 hours later that lasted over an hour.
Went to sit at our table and had to watch one of the employees clean our table. we sat down and had to wait about 15 minutes just to order. it took about 40 minutes to get our food and we didn't see our waitress in between. Once we were done we waited to get a box and the check and ended up waiting an extra 30 minutes while on a tight schedule. We had to ask someone (which was not our waitress) for a box and our check. once we paid we waited about 10 minutes until We got fed up and had to hand our waitress the check while she was serving drinks at the bar. Terrible service and will not be going there any time soon.

I ate here after my flight was delayed. It’s basically the only restaurant in the terminal with more than burgers or carry-out/fast food. While the menu was the typical TGIF menu, they were serving good with a plastic knife and plastic fork. The napkin was paper. Cocktail napkins! My drink was served in a plastic cup. The food was okay — mediocre chain food. Very disappointing. Sadly, there is really no where else to eat.

Their food is always wrong and I order nothing complicated. EXTRA CHEESE ONLY potato skins? is this so hard to understand? Plus today they were raw. terrible service is an understatement...they one guy argued with me for 10 minutes that I didn't say no onionsyet EXTRA CHEESE ONLY is sooooo difficult to understand..
