Came to pickup my order only to see they're closed. Only offered some food as replacement if I could pay in cash on top of what I already paid. Absolutely unprofessional and absurdly disrespectful.

The good: The food is downright finger lickin good; there's no other way to put it. They do sauce and dry rub great and fried to perfection. The fries are fresh cut and I think they put this sauce on them which really makes them stand out
The bad: The service has been lackluster at times. One example is, while I was waiting 40 minutes instead of 20 as told over the phone, gig drivers are coming to pick up their order and the guy in charge tells them the order never went through. Then I hear him say that he misses the orders coming through and that's what he tells the drivers picking them up. As a gig driver myself that doesn't sit well with me wasting peoples precious time because of your laziness and inconsideration. I must've watched him tell four drivers the same thing. Why even be on those platforms then?

I ordered the 12 piece wings with mama Gayle’s dry rub seasoning and it was better than expected,better than wing stop or Buffalo Wild Wings. The first bite I took, my mouth watered immediately,so far a 10/10. Can’t forget about licking the seasoning off your fingers.
