This is the best cat room I have ever been to. The staff are so friendly and really knowledgeable about the cats they have there. It is super clean and the cats are taken excellent care of. Adopting through them and their partner rescue is a very easy and pleasant process. I cannot say enough good things. They answered all of my questions and made the process super seamless. I have never had a cat adoption go so smoothly. You can tell that the staff here and at the partner rescue really love what they, and they do it really well. One of the best places to go in Pittsburgh!

No food, no coffee, it's a racket and it smells, really bad, of cat urine. These people don't understand customer service. Won't be going back but I will be certain to let EVERYONE know how horrible a place this is.

Such a wonderful cat cafe! Relaxed environment, wonderful owner, and I love that they offer other little trinkets and toys for cats. Adopted Edgar (formerly Seye) from here, and I’m forever grateful for them giving me the opportunity to meet all of the cats, and eventually my best friend!

Livy is a gem of a human being and takes such good care of these cats. She has helped literally hundreds of cats find furrever homes. If you’re not in the market to adopt but you need a fuzzy snuggle fix, this is the place to go! Love love LOVE this place!

I love Livy sooo much. She brought a Cat from the Black Cat Market to our salon for an event. We fell in love with him and ended up adopting TUFFY. The coolest, softest, most adorable kitty ever. The location on Penn is awesome, so much room and a great area to play with kitties. There is so much cool merch HERE as well.

My fiancee and I got our cat Onyxia 2 years ago from the Black Cat Market and she fits into our family like she has always been there. When you come into the Black Cat Market, you can tell the care and consideration that is taken into every animal. The space is adorable and they have so many other vendors too! Cat wine, cat toys, cat-themed stickers, etc. Their rules are reasonable and straightforward. I love it there!
