It’s my favorite coffee shop, They offer a great selection of coffee and delicious pastries. They have excellent customer service.

My concern is twofold:
1. The mobile application continues to list the 5 lb coffee bags as available despite them apparently not being stocked in-store. I am being offered 5 'ready to go' (RTG) bags which weigh in total 60oz vs 80oz a 5lb bag should weigh.
2. The proposed substitution consistently results in customers receiving significantly less product than what was purchased.
For context, this business previously sold coffee by the pound and has only recently transitioned to only RTG bag system. Given that this has happened more than once in the same manner, it raises concerns about transparency and whether customers are being shorted on product for the same price.
I would appreciate clarification on why 5 lb bags are being offered through the app when they are not available for fulfillment, and how this issue will be addressed moving forward.

Used to be best coffee in area….now probably the worst. Talked to the regulars and all agree the drinks have been really low quality.

Since Chase has become manager there is a different vibe …very positive…coffee is back to what I was used to…excellent.
Chase is one of the friendly barista I have run into. Highly recommend!

Well.. you ‘ctr’ “Coffee Tree Roasters” have these new fancy white bags of pre packaged coffee.. 3/4th lb… ?? Not a traditional pound of coffee.. .usually get 2 lbs of Italian roast fine ground .. . And this is what I get .. not 2 lbs .. same price tho as it were two lbs. only now added expense, additional bags.
I like coffee.. not fancy packaging thats just more garbage .! however at first sip. Ahh.. it’s good.

Accidentally locked myself outta my house, (high schooler). Debit card wouldn’t work when I tried to buy a drink, and they gave it to me for free! Charity goes a long way

Nice and comfortable atmosphere with a relaxed seating area. That was my favorite part.
Everything was great. The only downside was that the cashier wasn’t very friendly. I’ll visit again a couple more times and update my review.

Great service and delicious coffee!
No idea what was going on here today. Out of Nitro coffee, did not have the coffee they advertised, served a watery Frozencinno, and the cup of coffee my son got because they were out of all the other stuff he wanted had a bunch of coffee grounds in it. Plus the guy behind the counter was both prickly and pretentious. Need to get some new Barista's in here. Been going here for many years, and never have we experienced both the shoddy service and product we got today. If I could give this 0 stars, I surely would.

Typically have a good experience here. I ordered my drinks and then other people came in after me. I went to the bathroom and the barista stopped making my order to make everyone else’s. I was the last person to get my 2 drinks. And mentioned it and the brunet girl blamed the blond girl at the counter for being new when it was her who didn’t make the drinks in a decent order. I understand a black coffee can come first before some special drinks. But it was 5 different drink orders that got made before mine? She also then made my drink wrong.

Very bad experience. Extremely rude cashier (light skinned guy with Afro/beard) interrupted us while we ordered and when a water jug spilled and we apologized he responded with “whatever”. With that attitude, he deserves to lose his job.

As a loyal customer who visits your Beverly Road location daily, I want to share some concerns about declining service quality and ongoing supply issues. And in general a lack of support and interest in your Beverly road location.
The most pressing issue is the deteriorating quality of your decaf espresso, which has become undrinkable - a concern shared by other regular espresso customers. This directly impacts my daily half-caf orders and has been ongoing for many months.
My concerns include:
- Your location has been out of sparkling water for several weeks now, with no resolution in sight
- Earlier issues that took excessive time to resolve included weeks without sugar availability and persistent daily fire alarms over the summer
- Gift cards are frequently unavailable, including during peak holiday season when I attempted to purchase $100 worth for Lincoln Elementary teachers and had to buy from Meditarra instead
- Recently you were out of espresso beans for an extended period
While I appreciate your staff and have been disappointed to see recent turnover, these operational issues need attention. I value supporting local businesses and hope these matters can be addressed.

Their latte are delicious however their baked goods are stale and should not be in the showcase. I got a coffee,chocolate scone it was hard as a rock . I should have returned it but I don’t like to do that. Please don’t serve your scones if they are seating there for days. It’s not fair to your customers that come to your store and pay for stale baked goods. 👎
