Great music venue. Clean, great selection and atmosphere. Only recommendation is more service at the bar for concert events. Waiting 10 min for a beer and missing parts of the show kinda stinks but that’s a management issue. Staff and venue and great

Went to the crafthouse tonight and had a very poor experience. I am 54 with greying hair and my girlfriend is 38 years old. She forgot her drivers license. We both obviously look over 21. We ordered an appetizer and sandwiches. First I ordered a beer and then asked my girlfriend if she wanted a pumpkin beer (her favorite) in front of our server. I asked the server which kinds they had and she said they only had one kind. I jokingly said that's the one she wanted. The server clearly understood the pumpkin beer was for my girlfriend. The waitress asked if we wanted cinnamon on the rim of the cup and my girlfriend spoke up that she wanted the cinnamon rimmed cup. The waitress served us. After waiting close to an hour we got our appetizer and then sandwiches. I drank my first beer then ordered a second with my meal. My girlfriend literally took 2 sips of the pumpkin beer in over an hours time. There was less than 1 inch missing from the cup. The security guy came over and told her she could not drink because she did not have her ID. She said ok and was polite. We were seated and were well mannered the complete time. Two minutes later the server came over and grabbed the beer off the table. I tried telling her I would drink it but she took it, shaked her head no and kept walking away swiftly with an attitude. My girlfriend did not have a single sip after the security guy said not to drink it. The beer was moved to my side of the table at this point. I went to the restroom with my girlfriend after the first warmup band played. After we came out of the restroom the security guy came over with the manager and told us that she had to leave before the main bands played. He said he warned us and she drank. The beer was taken by the waitress and never did she try to consume it once after being told. We left without causing any disturbance. They walked us to the door like we were criminals. As we were pulling out of the parking lot another car was trying to enter and only one car could pass at a time. There were 2 obviously highly intoxicated girls entering the crafthouse. One of the drunk girls yelled dumbass at my girlfriend because there were cars trying to go both ways. My girlfriend was upset after she was asked to leave and yelled back at the girl. The girl ran up to her car from at least 50 feet away and bent her car mirror backwards and pounded on her window two times so hard I though the glass would break. The manager of the crafthouse was outside( I guess making sure we left) right next to these girls and watched this incident. Then we realized a local policeman was behind our car. The crafthouse apparently called the cops because my girlfriend drank 2 sips of beer. The patrol man asked if we wanted to press changes because one of the girls admitted to the cop that she spit on my girlfriend through the car window. My girlfriend while not having her license gave her license number she had memorized and verified she was 38 years old. The cop said he had no problem with the girlfriend drinking the 2 sips of beer and said we did nothing wrong. Then the cop said the manager of the crafthouse said the 2 girls that spit on my girlfriend were welcome back into the building if we were not pressing charges. We just wanted to get out of there. We were not offered to come back which I would not if offered. We were polite while leaving the building . I told the security guy that I would never be back while leaving and he got in my face and said "I don't give a *uck". I see over 200 bands nationwide play per year and never in my life have I been treated this rude as the crafthouse. As someone that visits numerous clubs nationwide, the one thing I did notice that was when we entered there was not a single metal detector, hand held wand or even a simple pat down to check anyone for weapons....I have not seen any other club fail to do this one simple step for guest safety. There was only one rude bouncer that was more interested in making sure an attractive well dressed middle aged woman didn't sip a beer.

Have come here many times and never had a night like tonight. Ordered 2 Guinness beers, Sever said Guinness was being fixed, said we would wait, 45 minutes later with no beverage offered we are told they are out of Guinness, at which time we were offered a Fat Guy’s beer saying it’s similar to Guinness, clearly they don’t know their beer! Food took forever to be made, nacho chips were stale. I feel badly for the servers as they are overworked and understaffed, but we paid for a reserved table for this evening and invited guests to join us. This band Sawyer was booked months ago
And we love seeing them, they are great. If they are having a popular band the beer should be stocked, the manager should be cooking if necessary or they should be closed!!!!!Beyond DISAPPOINTING!!!

I am surprised this place has such low reviews. I actually quite enjoyed the meal I had here. I got to try out the cajun chicken sandwich with a side of their fries.

It was very tasty. The chicken was juicy and seasoned nearly perfectly. It had the perfect tenderness to it; not too plasticy like at other places. Tasted natural and fresh, which is surprising for a bar. The bun was also nice. They cover the chicken in a tad of cheese but don’t overdo it, which I like.

The Chipotle aioli sauce was amazing. The perfect balance of spiciness and creaminess. Went perfectly with the chicken, and was also a great dipping sauce for the fries.

The fries were crispy and flavorful. Seasoned very well without being excessive. Pretty close to perfect texture. Very nice overall.

All in all, a great bar. Worth trying out for sure. I recommend their chicken and their fries….and the aioli is delicious too.

Kid-friendliness: Wouldn’t recommend for obvious reasons
