How did we not go there before this? Our dinner was outstanding from the moment we walked in until we left. The pizza that my husband had was amazing. My tuna was cooked to perfection, not dry. Can't wait until we return.

We loved The Forge! It is a smaller space, but very cozy and quaint. I'd recommend reservations for a Saturday night. You have a choice of a bar, high top, or couch/chair tables. Everything we had was delicious. We started with the hummus, a cheeseboard and a pizza. And then we had the Tiramisu dessert. We left very full. I would come back again.

We had five appetizers and small plates (hummus, babaganoush, grape leaves, cauliflower steak, and mushrooms) prepped with spices and herbs that were all excellent and savory. The babaganoush's wood-fired smoked flavor and creaminess is worth coming back for on its own. Food was paired with cocktails crafted with unique ingredients by bartenders who take pride in the process and consistent preparation. Staff was friendly and engaging, delivering food with a smile. Chef (who is the owner) visited the table to make sure we were enjoying our dishes as an added touch.

The restaurant is small and quaint which makes the atmosphere lovely. The food was exquisite, come on and empty stomach! Julie was our serve, she was wonderful and bar tender can make pretty much any drink. Can't wait to come back !

I was introduced to The Forge by some close friends a few months back and I loved it. I've been wanting to go back ever since, but due to traveling, etc. it didn't happen until this evening. Tonight's experience was even better than the first! The food was AWESOME! The service was TERRIFIC! The vibe was GREAT! I will definitely become a regular and I highly recommend it! If you haven't tried it, you definitely need to!!!! You're in for a treat!

We went here for a nice couples evening and were very disappointed. My husband is an omnivore and I’m vegan so we asked the waitress if were could order The Works - an assortment of seasonal meats and cheeses but switch out the cheese for vegan cheese. She said there might be an upcharge and we said “okay can you check to see how much the upcharge would be?” She said yes but didn’t return for over 10 minutes. We had to grab her attention for her to come back to the table. She said there would be a $7 upcharge to switch to vegan cheese which is ridiculous. The vegan cheese plate is $14 and the regular cheese plate is $25. If the vegan cheese plate is cheaper than the regular cheese plate then why is there a $7 upcharge? We said nevermind we will just take the vegan cheese plate and she seemed unhappy with us for the rest of the evening. The waitress basically ignored us for the rest of the night. There was nothing special about this place. I was so excited to try their vegan options but all of them lacked creativity. This place is not vegan friendly! You’re basically just paying to sit on jewel-toned furniture.

Great hip spot - high end casual. The tapas were well portioned and delicious. I had the cauliflower steak, pierogi peppers, mushrooms and matzah balls split with my partner - a perfect amount for us two and everything was delicious. The menu was almost entirely vegetarian and even though I am not one, this is some of the best vegetarian I’ve had in the city. The deserts were excellent as well. Finley, our server, was attentive and super nice. I would highly recommend this place for an intimate night or cocktail.

Great restaurant with delicious food and wonderful staff!!! The morning after we spent a lovely evening at The Forge, I realized that I had dropped my wallet when paying. The staff was incredibly helpful - they kept the wallet and since I was leaving town before they would open again, Elaine was kind enough to mail it back to my house. Thank you, Elaine!!!
