Been here a several times and food is always super good. Very happy with the veg options.I had drinks and food there again the other night and it drove me to write this review... i need to say, the staff is truly phenomenal. Julie and Dani know their stuff and are so incredibly welcoming. Food was super good as usual but I really felt compelled to sing these praises this time.Go to The Forge if you want great service and atmosphere + the good food and drinks are a bonus!!!!!!!

The Forge is elevating the pgh dinner scene. Labneh with roasted tomatoes and olives,interesting Charcuterie boards, brick oven pita and tasty feta pizza. All in a relaxed lounge atmosphere. Rumor has it, they are expanding (double the space) to include tables (which is my only current gripe). I like a table people.

I had a great experience here to celebrate a birthday! The food and drinks were amazing, and the staff went above and beyond by holding the cake we brought, and even provided a candle. I will definitely be back, and recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxed way to celebrate!

Some of the best food I've had in Pittsburgh in a long time. All the flavors of the food and drinks work perfectly together. We ordered the schwarma hummus, rootatoiulle, eggplant baladi, and falafel. The combination of these flavors was remarkable. Their Blue Eyes mocktail and Pamaretto Sour cocktail were phenomenal.The service was a little slow at some points but it seems like their staffing was small and some larger parties took priority which makes sense. I love how casual and slightly upscale the atmosphere feels. It's cozy and intimate and very open with lighting that's warm but not too moody and dim. The seating is very comfortable!
