We had our rehearsal dinner at the Foundry and it was an amazing experience. We worked with Kara, their events coordinator, to reserve a private room and then didn't have to lift a finger, they set everything else up for us, including printing out escort cards for everyone's meals. The back room was really beautiful, the service was great, and the food was extremely tasty. We served the steak, chicken marsala, and cauliflower steak entrees and everyone loved whichever...
I've visited this establishment a few times and I would say their food is better than the mixed drinks. The service is good, the people working there are kind and quick, but I would say if you're going somewhere FOR DRINKS, maybe pick a different spot. Their food, however, is wonderful. Whoever they got cheffing it up in the back is top tier! The bartenders are nice and know how to make drinks, though would say the food is this spot's strength!
I like to personally thank Kara the event manager for helping coordinate our company gather. She was helpful and professional throughout the planning process and responded in a timely manner to ALL my questions. The day of the event her and the staff did a wonderful job. Thank you all for making our event a successful one.
