Absolutely GREAT! The Foundry was packed but we had reservations - we were a table of 6. The service was beyond excellent and the food great. The over all experience was outstanding. I had Pulled Pork that I loved. Do note, it is spicy, sort of a Carolina style. I loved the spice level but you might not. Also at our table 2 had the French Dip which they raved about. The Foundry was amazing as always! The food was to die for and our service was great too! We love that the environment is a little more relaxed and laid back while still providing top tier food and drink. Definitely book this place!!
This place was very amazing. We had a nice cocktail while we waited for our appetizer which was Poutine. It was very good.
I had a steak for my meal, and my wife had a pulled pork sandwich. The steak was cooked perfectly and extremely flavorful. She enjoyed her pulled pork, but it was a bit dry and lacking in sauce. Overall we both enjoyed the experience! The staff was outstanding!
