The food was not all that great. Mediocre at best. The French fries were so small that you could not even dip them in ketchup and my boneless wings were about the size of a quarter and hard. the bathroom was very dirty and disgusting. we most likely will not be back.

The brunch menu is delicious. It's small but mighty. I highly suggest whatever seasonal French Toast they are offering. Additionally, the atmosphere is cozy and the service is great! It's the little hidden brunch gem of the South Side if you ask me.
Additionally, if you're just looking to grab a cocktail, the bar is really nice as well.

The Library on Carson instantly gave moody, loungey vibes the moment I walked in — exposed brick, cozy lighting, and an ambiance that feels both upscale and relaxed. It’s perfect for a night out when you want something low-key but still stylish.
I loved the creative small plates (flavorful and sharable), and the upstairs lounge area was a nice surprise, complete with a pool table, and chill rooftop seating. The whole space feels thoughtfully curated for date nights, group hangs, or even solo vibes with a cocktail in hand.
If you’re into cocktails, cozy energy, and a vibe-forward atmosphere, this spot is so worth checking out. Pittsburgh needs more places like this. ✨🍸

College kids may have a great time but adults over 30 are sure to find this a bit loud and not very cozy. Our waitress was excellent however and took good care of us

Best chicken cesar wrap in town!
The first time I went for oyster night, it was great! The 2nd was on Mother's Day with my daughters, and a friend with her daughter. The food was OK. Service was good. Then we had another person( can't remember her name), funny, and delightful. We'll return for oyster night, not likely brunch.

Loved all the fun bookish drink options. I tried the A Court of Thorns and Roses margarita and the truffle fries. Both were fantastic. Can’t wait to return again
We decided to come here for Sunday Brunch and it did not disappoint! The breakfast croissant sandwich was amazing and we both highly recommend. We were unsure if it would be packed since they offer Bottomless Mimosas ($18 per person for 1 1/2 hours) but we had no issues. We added The Library to our Brunch list! We will be back!!

Great place for oysters
the cocktails here are sooo yummy and, for the most part, a very good price. I also like how creative they are!
The calamari was the perfect texture and crispiness! I would def order again. The burger was delicious but (my preference) needed more sauce. The margherita pizza was DELICIOUS and absolutely the star of the show... everyone should order the margherita pizza you like that type!
The ambiance was cool, trendy but also casual. I'd def come back here (especially for some cocktails and that pizza)
Great happy hour, delicious food, and a great atmosphere!
Wanted to use the pool table but couldn't find the light for the room. No one helped.
