Food was good. Portions are smaller for sure. Compared to the price, not as worth it. We asked for extra veggies, but they don't give a lot to start. Same with the dessert dippers. Server was nice. They don't prepare the cheese table side anymore, which also is a bummer. Everything tasted great. Sauces were good.

Had a great night with my family! The restaurant was casual and fun. Every table was full but space between each was good and it was easy to have a conversation. The food was delish and the wait staff knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and chill. Made for a really fun experience.

The Pittsburgh Melting Pot is always good and a favorite place for me. I had the Fiesta cheese and it was a perfect combo of flavors. I would like to highlight the absolutely delicious Caesar salad too. For some restaurants, the salad can be just OK, that is not the case here. Each one is a solid 5/5 in appearance and taste.

Great food, great service, love the atmosphere. I love coming here for the cheese fondue along with the chocolate dessert fondue as well. My husband always has them put rose petals on the table when we come which I absolutely love. Definitely recommend

We were so disappointed with our most recent visit. We came to celebrate our wedding anniversary—but the experience was completely ruined by the poor service. Our waiter was miserable: he never smiled, did not take the time to explain the menu, and made us feel like we were a bother rather than valued guests. To make matters worse, we could clearly hear the waiter at the next table laughing and engaging warmly with his guests, which only highlighted the lack of care at our table. We’ve dined at The Melting Pot many times over the years and have always enjoyed ourselves, but this was by far our worst experience. We could have celebrated anywhere, and we truly regret choosing this restaurant for such a special milestone.
