Wanted to go to the melting pot since around 2021. Highly disappointed to be frank. The cheese fondue was good, the bread that we were to dip in the fondue was stale. Two varieties of bread, pretzel and another, and I could not tell the difference between the two whatsoever. We chose the grill option to cook our entrees and were highly disappointed to find out that the entirety of both my girlfriend and I’s entrees were completely unseasoned. Not even a salt or pepper grinder/shaker is provided at the table. Unless you get options that are marinated or the pepper steak, there is absolutely nothing except for a small cube of meat provided to you. The best part of the experience was the chocolate fondue desert. Our waitress was only around to our table maybe 2-3 times besides bringing our courses to check on us. Told her that we were on a time restraint and asked for boxes after paying and leaving a senseless and pointless $20 tip(keep in mind they bring your courses and the occasional drink here and there. Besides that not much else. You cook your own food besides making the fondues.) and then she neglected to leave the back of the house with our boxes. As a matter of fact I had to ask another waiter to bring us boxes and he did, to which he also brought a container to keep our fondue in as well without even asking. Previously our waitress had taken everything and failed to ask if we wanted to take home any of the leftovers whatsoever. Which for a $100+ meal would have been great to know instead of wasting perfectly good food because we had wanted to keep room for later courses. I left out the salad course after the cheese fondue because yet again, highly disappointing… we both got the Caesar salad and my girlfriend didn’t even touch hers. I ate about a quarter of mine before I ate all 5 of the little croutons that are laid around the plate and wasn’t interested in it anymore. All said and done this was not worth the price whatsoever. I would t eat here even if I was a billionaire with money to constantly waste. Texas Roadhouse feels more fine dining than this. At least you get what you pay for and don’t have to do all of the hassle of making your own food. But then again it is a different experience that I would recommend just for a special occasion maybe once in a lifetime. Just don’t get the grill option!

Always a good stop. Fondue prep is a fun option. Service has been very good every time we go. I like the new location ( still in station square)

It was really something it was a great experience, our waitress was amazing and the atmosphere was unbelievably cool and calm and easy to relax in the food wasn't you know anything super special it was just all dipped in cheese and you had to cook it yourself at your table but it was definitely a good experience

One of the worst dining experiences of my life. The server took 15 minutes to show up to even ask if we wanted any water. We were there just for dessert (we ordered the S’mores fondue). Once we did order our dessert, the server disappeared and never came back. Finally after 45 minutes my wife and I felt that it was just too much time for them to come back and finally asked one of the servers walking by if he had seen our server. This server said our server had disappeared and they couldn’t even find him. They didn’t know anything about our order and at this point we had been waiting for over an hour. In hindsight our original server did seem quite “altered” and spoke somewhat inapppropriately when he took our order. We had our suspicions whether this man should be employed ANYWHERE LET ALONE AN ESTABLISHMENT SERVING FOOD. We finally left without any food and at this point we had waited for over 90 minutes. Not a pleasant experience!!

First of all, I want to give a shout out to my server emily. She was very nice, courteous and prompt. we didn't feel rushed. We felt like we were special. And she made it a special occasion for us.

We got cheese and chocolate. Plus the charcuterie board. Plenty of food for two people, we weren't able to finish all of the desert. Everything tasted great, there are little bits of garlic in the cheese which was awesome.

On the reservation, I had marked that it was for our anniversary and they brought out a little presentation which was really cute. All in all, it was a great evening. And not nearly as expensive as I thought it would be!

The Melting Pot is hands down one of the best places for a delightful family dining experience. The table booking process was seamless and hassle-free from the moment we arrived, which was such a relief. The place was busy, but the atmosphere was welcoming and vibrant.

We kicked off our meal with the Wisconsin Cheese Fondue—an absolute must-try! It was rich and creamy and paired perfectly with the fresh bread and veggies. The Caesar Salad, with its unique twist of Parmesan-crusted pine Nuts, was fresh and flavorful. For the main course, we picked the Classic Alpine Fondue and the Land & Sea entrée —both were cooked to perfection and so satisfying. The variety and quality of the food exceeded our expectations.

The ambiance was great, with moderate noise levels that didn’t interfere with conversations. Outdoor seating was particularly stunning, decorated beautifully and offering a cozy vibe. The washrooms were clean, well-maintained, and smelled pleasant – always a good sign of a well-managed restaurant.

What stood out the most was the exceptional staff and management. The servers were active, super quick, and attentive, ensuring that every little detail was taken care of. Their friendliness and professionalism made us feel so welcome. The manager, with their warm smile and outstanding personality, added a special touch to the overall experience.

Parking was a breeze with plenty of free street parking available, which was another big plus. And lastly, if you’re dining with kids, this place is the best! The staff’s kid-friendly approach and the overall atmosphere make it an ideal spot for families.

Highly recommend The Melting Pot for anyone looking for great food, exceptional service, and a family-friendly environment.

This is such a lovely place. But it is just not for everyone. That phrase includes me. It is way too expensive, and way too much food.

This was our first time visiting the Melting pot. The food was delicious but my husband made a reservation for my birthday. He booked it online but then called twice because he wanted to make sure it was special and he's not good with doing things online. There was some miscommunication somewhere along the line and the table wasn't set up like he asked. The waitress offered to put the rose petals down after we were already seated but that wasn't the same. The element of surprise was gone. Also the birthday package said 5 balloons there were 3. That wasn't really a big deal but we were disappointed about the rose petals. He expected something like the pictures online. We still made the best of it.

I can't believe I didn't know about this place before! Here, you don’t just enjoy delicious food, but you also get so much pleasure from the cooking process itself. The fondue was simply divine. The cozy interior adds charm and turns the dining experience into pure delight. Highly recommend it to anyone who values not just great taste, but also a wonderful atmosphere!
