Lovely atmosphere, fun experience and good food. Leslie was both pleasant and informative. A valuable asset to the pot!
Food was good. Portions are smaller for sure. Compared to the price, not as worth it. We asked for extra veggies, but they don't give a lot to start. Same with the dessert dippers. Server was nice. They don't prepare the cheese table side anymore, which also is a bummer. Everything tasted great. Sauces were good.
Every single item we got was amazing the staff and our waiter Ben made our 7th anniversary so special and couldn't have asked for more
Great time at the Melting Pot! Our server Mya was amazing and made our experience even better!
It was an incredible experience cooking your own food! It was still super delicious even with me at the helm! It was a very fun way to celebrate my wife's and I anniversary!
Had a great night with my family! The restaurant was casual and fun. Every table was full but space between each was good and it was easy to have a conversation. The food was delish and the wait staff knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and chill. Made for a really fun experience.
The food was okay. The server was nice but took way too long to get things like our drinks to the table. The place was a bit noisy for what we thought was going to be a quiet dinner.
The Pittsburgh Melting Pot is always good and a favorite place for me. I had the Fiesta cheese and it was a perfect combo of flavors. I would like to highlight the absolutely delicious Caesar salad too. For some restaurants, the salad can be just OK, that is not the case here. Each one is a solid 5/5 in appearance and taste.
Dinner with the girls was amazing! Gabby and the rest of the staff went above and beyond for our celebration. Will be back!
Great food, great service, love the atmosphere. I love coming here for the cheese fondue along with the chocolate dessert fondue as well. My husband always has them put rose petals on the table when we come which I absolutely love. Definitely recommend

Great place for a special dinner. Pricy but worth it once in awhile. Had to request a different table because of noise, but was accomodated quickly. Server was great.

We were so disappointed with our most recent visit. We came to celebrate our wedding anniversary—but the experience was completely ruined by the poor service. Our waiter was miserable: he never smiled, did not take the time to explain the menu, and made us feel like we were a bother rather than valued guests. To make matters worse, we could clearly hear the waiter at the next table laughing and engaging warmly with his guests, which only highlighted the lack of care at our table.
We’ve dined at The Melting Pot many times over the years and have always enjoyed ourselves, but this was by far our worst experience. We could have celebrated anywhere, and we truly regret choosing this restaurant for such a special milestone.

Always a great experience at The Melting Pot. Gabby is the best server. So attentive and helpful. Ask for her when you are dining there!
