One of the worst dining experiences of my life. The server took 15 minutes to show up to even ask if we wanted any water. We were there just for dessert (we ordered the S’mores fondue). Once we did order our dessert, the server disappeared and never came back. Finally after 45 minutes my wife and I felt that it was just too much time for them to come back and finally asked one of the servers walking by if he had seen our server. This server said our server had disappeared and they couldn’t even find him. They didn’t know anything about our order and at this point we had been waiting for over an hour. In hindsight our original server did seem quite “altered” and spoke somewhat inapppropriately when he took our order. We had our suspicions whether this man should be employed ANYWHERE LET ALONE AN ESTABLISHMENT SERVING FOOD. We finally left without any food and at this point we had waited for over 90 minutes. Not a pleasant experience!!

First of all, I want to give a shout out to my server emily. She was very nice, courteous and prompt. we didn't feel rushed. We felt like we were special. And she made it a special occasion for us.

We got cheese and chocolate. Plus the charcuterie board. Plenty of food for two people, we weren't able to finish all of the desert. Everything tasted great, there are little bits of garlic in the cheese which was awesome.

On the reservation, I had marked that it was for our anniversary and they brought out a little presentation which was really cute. All in all, it was a great evening. And not nearly as expensive as I thought it would be!

The Melting Pot is hands down one of the best places for a delightful family dining experience. The table booking process was seamless and hassle-free from the moment we arrived, which was such a relief. The place was busy, but the atmosphere was welcoming and vibrant.

We kicked off our meal with the Wisconsin Cheese Fondue—an absolute must-try! It was rich and creamy and paired perfectly with the fresh bread and veggies. The Caesar Salad, with its unique twist of Parmesan-crusted pine Nuts, was fresh and flavorful. For the main course, we picked the Classic Alpine Fondue and the Land & Sea entrée —both were cooked to perfection and so satisfying. The variety and quality of the food exceeded our expectations.

The ambiance was great, with moderate noise levels that didn’t interfere with conversations. Outdoor seating was particularly stunning, decorated beautifully and offering a cozy vibe. The washrooms were clean, well-maintained, and smelled pleasant – always a good sign of a well-managed restaurant.

What stood out the most was the exceptional staff and management. The servers were active, super quick, and attentive, ensuring that every little detail was taken care of. Their friendliness and professionalism made us feel so welcome. The manager, with their warm smile and outstanding personality, added a special touch to the overall experience.

Parking was a breeze with plenty of free street parking available, which was another big plus. And lastly, if you’re dining with kids, this place is the best! The staff’s kid-friendly approach and the overall atmosphere make it an ideal spot for families.

Highly recommend The Melting Pot for anyone looking for great food, exceptional service, and a family-friendly environment.

This is such a lovely place. But it is just not for everyone. That phrase includes me. It is way too expensive, and way too much food.

This was our first time visiting the Melting pot. The food was delicious but my husband made a reservation for my birthday. He booked it online but then called twice because he wanted to make sure it was special and he's not good with doing things online. There was some miscommunication somewhere along the line and the table wasn't set up like he asked. The waitress offered to put the rose petals down after we were already seated but that wasn't the same. The element of surprise was gone. Also the birthday package said 5 balloons there were 3. That wasn't really a big deal but we were disappointed about the rose petals. He expected something like the pictures online. We still made the best of it.

I can't believe I didn't know about this place before! Here, you don’t just enjoy delicious food, but you also get so much pleasure from the cooking process itself. The fondue was simply divine. The cozy interior adds charm and turns the dining experience into pure delight. Highly recommend it to anyone who values not just great taste, but also a wonderful atmosphere!

My experience here was so good everything was excellent and to die for, we did one of the 4 course meals and our server Ariana was so welcoming and very patient with us on our first time here. She explained everything thoroughly and I will definitely be coming back again!

My favorite restaurant because the food is always amazing and the experience is second to none. Our waiter, Justyn, was excellent and efficient in every way. Right now The Melting Pot is celebrating their 50th anniversary with The Golden Experience. It consists of a special cheese fondue (with smatterings of gold) that is out of this world. The chocolate fondue at the end with the dusting of gold on food items, and golden pecans with the golden flame melting the gold marshmallow is such fun. As always the food was delicious and it made our anniversary special.

My friend brought my daughter and me here to celebrate birthdays. We had an amazing time. We really enjoyed the atmosphere. Our waitress was so nice and helpful in explaining the menu. The experience was really fun and we look forward to going back! It was quite pricey, so it will be an infrequent treat.
