A group of friends and I went to the melting pot for a late lunch (2pm) and the food and atmosphere was great However, the service was horrendous. It took us 30 minutes to get drinks and when we were clearly finished with a course the server was no where to be seen. I'd say we waited 15 to 20 mins each time. We also had to ask multiple times for items such as refills, extra napkins etc.

Food was incredible! Such a great variety to choose from and just so well presented. The weight staff, especially our primary server was spectacular both in the level of Service and in explaining all of the menu options. Highly recommend this place.

We went because of Restaurant Week and had a full meal. It was fun and the food was very tasty. We will be back.
Not the first time we've been there. Kind of dead the evening we were there which was nice. The server was fantastic. The manager was fantastic. It's still amazes me that I'm willing to pay as much as I pay to cook my own food. Kind of crazy. But my daughter likes it so we went.

We had a wonderful meal before the Steelers game. The cheese and chocolate fondues were first-rate. The meats and veggies were varied and plentiful. And we had a lot of fun with the cooking and dipping. We weren't thrilled with the salad dressing on the Ceasar salad, but that was such a minor thing we just ignored it. Overall, a solid 5 rating from all of us. Thank you!

My boyfriend and I come to this location frequently and we truly have never had a bad experience. Our most recent trip was no exception - we had Alec as a server who was a great server and really personable! Every server, bartender, and manager that we've had/spoken with have been phenomenal - Summer, Ari and MJ at the bar, and the managers Amanda, Meg, and Anthony - and we always have the best time no matter the day, time, or occasion! CONSISTENTLY great customer service and atmosphere :)

Dined here many times and every time it's exceptional! Always a clean upscale atmosphere and you just feel taken care of here, not sure if it's the professionalism of the waiters and waitresses or the speed at which they bring the courses out but either way I highly recommend you dine here. So much fun cooking your own food with the different styles and flavors of broth and all the ingredients are always fresh and delicious. Highly recommended 👍
