Milkshake Factory (Downtown)

Quick service despite the crowd. I got the s'mores milkshake, it was delicious. Nice location near restaurants, not good parking though.

The milkshakes are deliciously decadent and filling.

You would think with a name like the “MilkShake Factory” you’d be able to get a bigger size milkshake to go. $17 bucks for two “small” strawberry shakes that had no strawberries in them. Just some kind of syrup out of a bottle. I was very disappointed. Maybe that’s why the Riverview Fl location was empty.

Awesome place to site for a while and have a break. Amazing shakes and sundaes.

My family was visiting Pittsburgh for Anthrocon and staying at a hotel in Downtown Pittsburgh. Family friends took us and the ice cream and milkshakes were amazing! They were open on the 4th of July when we went and handled the column of customers from both fireworks and furries with ease. The milkshakes are addictive. The shop is clean, well decorated and flows well.

I had the Cookie Jar milkshake and it was one of the best milkshakes I’ve ever had in my life.

If you’re looking for ice cream in Downtown Pittsburgh you’ll want to go here. You won’t regret it.

Love this place! It is my family's favorite place to go to for milkshakes. My favorite is the Raspberry Chocolate Truffle. They had it years ago when they were still at only their original location on Carson Street in Southside. It left the menu for a few years, and I am so happy to see it is back.

I absolutely loved the ambience of this place! I ordered the Hot Fudge Brownie Sundae, and I have just one word for it: love, love, love! It was absolutely divine. I’m already planning to visit this place multiple times to try out the rest of their milkshakes.

I also bought their handmade chocolate barks, and they were mind-blowing. The combination of delicious treats and a cozy atmosphere makes this place a must-visit.

The Chocolateer milkshake was so delicious 😋 best milkshake I’ve ever had! The chocolate bars were also really good, especially the Oreo cookie bar and the S’more’s bar. Appreciated the complimentary water after enjoying so many sweets 🍫
