First time here, and I loved it! Fun and warm atmosphere inside. Staff was courteous and friendly. And the shake (Peanut Butter Brownie) was out of this world! Will definitely be back again soon!
The Milkshake Factory was a great place to go after Primanti Bros. for dessert. They have a wide variety of milkshakes and chocolate bars to choose from, and they even have a non-dairy option for those with lactose intolerance, which we ended up getting. The milkshake was thick and sweet, and the chocolate bars were delicious! We brought some home and couldn’t stop eating them.
I had the best experience here! The girl at the registers name was Maazza (the girl with the curly hair) she was extremely friendly and kind. Not to mention she was also patient and helpful despite being a new employee. She really made everyone in the long line feel welcome and never stopped smiling at people! It was refreshing to see! Everyone should come here the staff is amazing!
