Normally I’m quite pleased when I come here but this last visit I’m very disappointed. They didn’t fill the cup the entire way and there’s hardly any whipped cream. If I’m paying 18$ for two milkshakes I kind of expect them to come the way they’re supposed to.

Home of the milkshake, Milkshake Factory has a long and rich history in the delicious world of deserts, through multiple generations this company has been formed into what it now is. Serving delicious and unique milkshakes unlike anything else you've ever had before this is an ABSOLUTE must for all dessert connoisseurs.

Great selections, very nice staff. Because of the layout it has a lot of noise and echo even when there are few customers.
They have lactose free products in addition to full fat ice cream.
The chocolate covered strawberries are to die for (says my wife).

We recently visited The Milkshake Factory in Pleasant Grove, and it was an absolutely delightful experience from start to finish. The moment we walked in, we were warmly welcomed by Micah, the owner, who made us feel like family. It was as if he had known us for years! Micah’s hospitality was unmatched. He generously offered us free samples of their incredible chocolate, encouraging us to try as much as we liked. It was such a thoughtful gesture that truly set the tone for our visit. As for the milkshakes, they were out of this world! I indulged in the Bananas Foster Milkshake, which was rich, creamy, and bursting with flavor. My wife couldn’t get enough of her Cookie Brownie Fudge milkshake—it was the perfect blend of decadent flavors. Our kids loved their classic Vanilla Milkshakes, which were smooth and delicious. The attention to detail, quality of ingredients, and exceptional customer service made this visit unforgettable. We can’t wait to return and try more of their amazing offerings. If you’re in Pleasant Grove, do yourself a favor and stop by The Milkshake Factory—you won’t be disappointed!

I got the special - mint brownie bar shake. Kind of disappointed. The toasted marshmallows were freeze dried, think lucky charms. Very little brownie. There was 2 small pieces at the bottoms and I did not taste it in the shake. Mostly just tasted crunchy, dry marshmallows. The basic shake was delicious. Just this particular one did not live up to my expectations.
