Milkshake Factory (McCandless Crossing)

Came on a field trip with 21 people. Milkshakes were made extremely quick, Kathy was so kind & respectful!

Took an our summer camp on a field trip here and Cathy made the process of getting all 20+ kids orders go smoothly! Very friendly and professional.

My husband, my mom, and I went to the book store in McCandless Crossing and then to the Milkshake Factory for a fun summer weekend afternoon hangout. They have so many different dairy and nondairy milkshake flavors and chocolate offerings. It was very clean and had great service. Highly recommend, especially on a hot day!

Very underwhelming. Was clean and very nice and interesting looking but the frozen treats are inferior to all the others within walking distance. The strawberry shortcake was a pretty bad offering not worthy of menu space. The Ice cream had irritating ice crystals while the strawberries were like the bagged sauce from fast food joint sundaes and the angel food cake was just a bunch of crumbs. The whipped cream was premium and the only part of the strawberry shortcake sundae worth eating. The shakes, while interesting, suffered the same lack of premium flavor one would expect from the premium price tag. I have seen better from a food truck.

The Milkshake Factory in McCandless is exceptional. Liz, Kathy and the other team members are fun and engaging. The shakes are great!! We like going there to celebrate the completion of a week of hard work.

By far the best milk shake. I took my nephew here and got a chocolate cake shake and a chocolate dipped strawberry - so good!!! Really friendly staff and easy to order, no wait. I really enjoyed the shake and would get again.

Delicious milkshakes unique flavors 😲the strawberry pretzel pie is so good . Combine with friendly service and a beautiful atmosphere. This will be my new stop when an in Pittsburgh

This milkshake factory has to be the best! I am a weekly regular at this location and each time the entire staff is friendly, the place is clean, and the service is quick. The treats are delicious every time, it never disappoints!

The best Milkshake Factory around (even though they are all great)! The staff is always extremely friendly and personable. My wife and I stop in every week to grab a Classic Strawberry shake for my grandmother and usually end up getting something for ourselves too. Every single time our order comes out perfect. We are always well taken care of and leave with a smile and a delicious treat or 3. (Phone doesn’t always eat first, couldn’t resist a few sips before taking the pic)

People here are the best!! Shakes taste delicious and customer services is great. You know you want your shakes fast in this heat! Come to milkshake factory they are wonderful here :)
