Now I usually don’t get on here and leave reviews unless it necessary. Yesterday I ordered through uber eats spending almost $40 on fish and chips. I must say I’m very disappointed in how they cooked my food this time around and order here often. Instructions weren’t followed fish or fries wasn’t fried to perfection. Batter was falling off and let’s not forget the fries swimming in grease. I just through both orders in the trash waste of money this time. I’m very sad because I love this place down probably twice a week if I can.
Update decided to give them another shot today. I placed my order through Uber Eats like always, but it was cancelled because they couldn't accommodate my request to cook the food longer. After over 30 orders, it's problematic that I received uncooked fries and fish last time. I understand it was near closing time, but I'm disappointed in the poor customer service. I'll post pictures of the subpar food later.

I'm so happy I discovered this gem of a restaurant! I only ordered takeout and I'm looking forward to visiting the place in person. Everything I've ordered so far is perfect! I could live on their fish and chips, absolutely delicious, the best in town without a question. I have nothing negative or critical to say; if I could give them 10 stars, I would!

Lovely British themed restaurant in the southside. The young gentleman at the cash register was very friendly. We got the tikka pie and fish and chips. Both were tasty. I will be back!

The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the food was excellent. I particularly enjoyed the steak and ale pie, and the fish was delightfully crispy on the outside while being juicy and soft on the inside.

So SO good! We usually do delivery and its always hot and consistently delicious - not an easy task. The Brisket and Cheese Boxty gives me faith in humanity. Their Fish and Chips make me want to be a better person. I transcend to a higher plane of existence with every Meat Pie. I just... love good food so much and this is always GOOD food done right.

That Thai chili sauce is bangin. Wish it was a bit bigger on the inside, but that's my only gripe. Definitely check this place out.

Bringing a group of hungry dancers to eat at the end of the business day - we had some of the best hospitality. Entirely worth the wait as they make your orders fresh. We took our food to go, but you can eat inside or the pub next door serves the same menu but expanded with drinks too.
At someone who ate their last chicken tender at around 4:30 in the morning I can tell you that they also taste delicious cold (although they were so delicious I don't think they want to last that long)
